The present invention relates to an apparatus (100) for extracting toner from a toner cartridge comprising an inlet opening (1), a first outlet opening (2) for discharging toner, and a second outlet opening (3) for discharging toner cartridges. The apparatus (100) also comprises: a toner cartridge opening device (10) configured to break a toner cartridge so that the toner may be removed from inside said toner cartridge; a separating device (20) connected to said opening device (10) for receiving broken toner cartridges from said opening device, and configured to separate toner from a respective toner cartridge broken by said opening device (10), said separating device (20) being further configured to separately convey the broken toner cartridge to said second outlet opening (3) and toner separated from said broken toner cartridge to said first outlet opening (2).

The machine includes a conveyor system, barcode reader and cleaning system, this prepares the bottle and cans to be shredded and then granulated into small pieces. The machine houses a delivery system that carries the smaller pieces of processed material to its predetermined receptacle for storage. Each bottle and can has a monetary value once received by the machine that will be issued to the user once all bottles and cans are received and calculated per user per transaction.

The invention relates to a method for handling of containers (9) and a handling machine for containers, comprising an inlet arrangement (8), an infeed arrangement (2), a compressing arrangement (20, 21), a cutting arrangement (4, 6) and an outlet arrangement (7), wherein empty containers are compacted. Process for cleaning dirty post-consumer waste glass
A method is provided to clean glass mixed with non-glass undifferentiated trash. In the method, the glass pieces are kept as large as possible to thereby minimize the amount of surface area that needs to be cleaned. The glass pieces are cleaned without washing the glass pieces with water or a surfactant during the cleaning process. The non-glass contaminants are liberated from the glass by drying and abrasion, and then removed from the glass by screening and density separation.

The shaft arrangement includes a bearing arrangement arranged on the outside of the sidewall, the bearing arrangement includes a bearing block and a bearing connected to the at least one shaft. The shaft arrangement includes a seal arranged around the outer surface of the at least one shaft at the at least one opening. The bearing block is arranged spaced apart from the sidewall to create a gap between the sidewall and the bearing block. The shaft arrangement further includes a plate arranged on the inside of the sidewall.
