Method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material
11298702 · 2022-04-12 · ·

Disclosed is a method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material, including the fragmentation of the material in a fragmentation machine by material-bed compression, the machine including at least one vibrator and a system for controlling at least one parameter of the fragmentation force from the speed of rotation of the vibrator and the phase shift angle between at least two vibrators. The control system adjusts a rotation parameter of the vibrators so as to generate a fragmentation force by the machine allowing to at least partially dissociate at least one of the constituents of the material from the other constituents.

A cone crusher is provided including a frame having a top shell assembly and a bottom shell assembly, and a crusher main shaft slidably supported by the frame. The top shell assembly comprises a spider assembly having a central hub for receiving a top end of the main shat. The bottom shell assembly comprises a hydraulically operated piston assembly configured to raise and/or lower the main shaft with respect to the frame. The top shell assembly further comprises a first crush surface. The crusher further comprises a crusher head assembly supported by the main shaft, the crusher head assembly comprising a second crush surface, wherein the first and second crush surfaces define therebetween a crushing chamber and an opening through which material leaves the crushing chamber when the crusher is in use. The crusher further comprises an adjustment arrangement configured to adjust the position of the first crush surface.

Adjustable super fine crusher

A mill for the comminution of particulate material by impact means including a shell rotating at super critical velocity and a gyrating mandrel. Material introduced to the mill forms a bed on the inner surface of the shell and is then crushed by the impact of the gyrating mandrel. The axis of rotation of the shell is in angularly displaced from the axis of gyration of the mandrel to transport material through the mill.

Method for dissociating different constituents of a heterogeneous artificial material, comprising the fragmentation of the material in a fragmentation machine (1) by material-bed compression, the machine (1) comprising at least one vibrator (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) and a system (11) for controlling at least one parameter of the fragmentation force from the speed of rotation of the vibrator(s) (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) and the phase shift angle between at least two vibrators (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d); the method being characterised in that the control system adjusts a rotation parameter of the vibrators (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) so as to generate a fragmentation force by the machine (1) allowing to at least partially dissociate at least one of the constituents of the material from the other constituents.

Anti-spin apparatus and method for cone crusher head

A method and apparatus for counteracting spin of the crusher head on cone or gyratory crushers is provided. An annular rubber muscle element is secured relative to said bowl frame and positioned between the bowl frame and a surface of the head, and which can be selectively placed into contact under pressure with the surface of the head to prevent spin during start up but which is then released during normal crushing operation.

WEDGE RING AUTO UNLOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD

Embodiments disclosed herein provide a cone crusher having a bowl support and a stationary frame to which the bowl support may be mounted, the frame including an outwardly-facing threaded portion. A wedge structure may be disposed between the bowl support and the threaded portion of the frame, the wedge structure including an inwardly-facing threaded portion, the threads of which complement the outwardly facing threaded portion of the frame. Means may be provided for exerting an upward force on the wedge structure to move the wedge structure from an original position to an operational position during crushing operations and means may be provided for exerting a downward force on the wedge structure to return the wedge ring to the original position following crushing operations.

BI-DIRECTIONAL CONE CRUSHER

Embodiments disclosed herein provide a cone crusher having a mantle and a rotating eccentric that causes the mantle to gyrate from side to side with respect to a stationary frame to which is mounted a crusher lining. The cone crusher may include a thrust bearing having a first bearing ring rotating with the eccentric and a second bearing ring mounted to the frame, the first and second bearing rings being disposed immediately adjacent and facing each other, one of the rings having a plurality of spaced oil feeds and a first and a second set of ramps on a surface facing the other ring. The first and second set of ramps extend upwardly from each of the oil feeds in opposite circumferential directions.
