AUTOFEED PAPER SHREDDER WITH CLIP AND STAPLE REMOVAL
A paper shredder with counter-rotating shredder blades coupled to a shredder motor, including a paper tray having a floor and being shaped to receive paper. The floor has an offset slot therein adjacent to the counter-rotating shredder blades. The engagement wheels partly protrude through floor, adjacent to the offset slot. The engagement wheels frictionally engage paper and turn towards the offset slot to force paper into the shredder blades. Also, a dentate catch disposed in each corner of the paper tray temporarily holds an affixment while a sheet of paper held by the affixment is being frictionally engaged by the engagement wheels to enter the slot for comminution. A PAPER FULL sensor, a DOOR OPEN sensor, an OVERLOAD sensor, an OVERHEAT sensor, a paper-in-tray sensor, a paper-at-entry sensor, a SAFETY LOCK sensor, and a cover door open/closed sensor are provided, as are AUTO and MANUAL modes of operation.
Automatic shredder
An automatic shredder having an upper shredder cover, a lower shredder cover, a first paper box, a second paper box, a shredder cover plate, a paper pressing plate, a paper pressing roller set, a paper pick-up roller set, a paper inlet, a cutter shaft set, a drive motor, a shell and a waste paper barrel. The automatic shredder adopts a bent paper box to change the length of to-be-shredded paper by means of the flexibility and bendability of paper and the features of paper pick-up rollers on one side, is extremely simple and economical, and changes the flat paper placement structure of existing automatic shredders.
Paper shredder with staple and clip remover
A paper shredder includes a housing, cutters positioned in the housing, and a feeder base adapted to support a stack of paper. The feeder base includes a feeder slot. The feeder base is integrally-formed as one piece having a front portion, a rear portion, and a sidewall along first and second sides and spanning the feeder slot.
DOCUMENT SHREDDER
The invention relates to a document shredder (10) with a housing (12) which has, in a housing wall (18), an insertion slot (22) for inserting sheet material, wherein the insertion slot (22) has a longitudinal extent between two slot ends (32), and with a cutting unit which is arranged in the housing (12) and which has motor-driven cutting tools (24) for shredding the sheet material. According to the invention, there is provision that the insertion slot (22) is widened transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent in at least one end region (38) that is delimited by one of the slot ends (32).
AUTOMATC SHREDDER
An automatic shredder comprises an upper shredder cover, a lower shredder cover, a first paper box, a second paper box, a shredder cover plate, a paper pressing plate, a paper pressing roller set, a paper pick-up roller set, a paper inlet, a cutter shaft set, a drive motor, a shell and a waste paper barrel. Shredder with paper separation and advancement mechanism
The present disclosure is generally related to an apparatus having cutter elements for destroying articles such as paper sheets and a mechanism for separating at least a sheet from a stack in a tray. The separation mechanism can be activated by rotation of the cutter elements. In one embodiment, the separation mechanism is provided in the form of a helical mechanism configured for insertion into the stack and to receive separated sheets from the stack in between its space(s) as it is rotated. The separated sheets can fall via gravity into the shredder mechanism. Optionally, a paper feed mechanism can feed separated paper to the cutter elements. The tray can include an edge to assist in directing separated paper towards the cutter elements. One or more staple picking support mechanisms can also be provided to assist in separating sheets from a stapled set of pages.

A document shredder (10) includes a housing (12) which has, in a housing wall (18), an insertion slot (22) for inserting sheet material. The insertion slot (22) has a longitudinal extent between two slot ends (32). The shredder further includes a cutting unit which is arranged in the housing (12) and which has motor-driven cutting tools (24) for shredding the sheet material. The insertion slot (22) is widened transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent in at least one end region (38) that is delimited by one of the slot ends (32).
AUTOMATIC PAPER SHREDDER WITH STAPLE REMOVING STRUCTURE AND STAPLE REMOVING METHOD USING SAME
An automatic paper shredder with a staple removing structure and a staple removing method using the same. The automatic paper shredder includes a shredder cover, a paper holding box, a shell, a paper holding plate, a paper inlet, a paper shredding component, a drive motor, a paper pick-up component, a paper pressing plate, a straight through-hole, a waste paper bin and a staple removing component. The automatic paper shredder removes a staple (or clip) on a stack of paper through cooperation with a paper shredding structure. Paper can be automatically picked up in batches. Meanwhile, damage caused by staples to the whole shredder is prevented, and thus, the whole shredder is protected in use and has a longer service life.
