Size reduction and storage device system and method of use
A novel material size reducing and storage device system comprising of at least one material size reducing unit which is capable of shredding, grinding, cutting or using other similar methods for the purpose of recycling plastic, metal, paper, and other materials; a storage unit; an apparatus that analyzes and detects the type or recyclable; a heating system that facilitates further size reduction of recyclable; a cooling system that maintains cool temperatures for food waste; a computer system having self-monitoring analysis and reporting technology (SMART); and a cleaning system that removes contamination from material so that said material is ready to be upcycled in a recycling facility.
Dry granulator
A dry granulator includes a feeding mechanism applied to suck powder materials into the material tanks; a vertical feeding mechanism to deliver the power materials to a bottom outlet of the material tank; a pressing mechanism to compress the powder materials into powder sheets with qualified hardness and thickness; an oblique feeding mechanism to deliver the powder materials to from the vertical feeding mechanism to the pressing mechanism; a crushing mechanism to crush the powder sheets into crushed powder sheets; a granulating mechanism to granulate the crushed powder sheet into finished particles products, so as to deliver to a collection storage; a sieving mechanism to separate the finished particle products with fine powders; a pressing wheel regulator applied to adjust an axial position of the lower and the upper pressing wheel; and a floating sealing device applied to provide a reliable sealing effect for the feeding mechanism.
PAPER SCRAP PUSHING STRUCTURE OF PAPER SHREDDER
A paper scrap pushing structure of a paper shredder, having a paper pushing unit, with a spindle having a longitudinal axis, a spindle flap coupled along the longitudinal axis to the spindle; and a paddle pushing segment, coupled to the spindle flap. The spindle is arranged under a paper outlet of the paper shredder and is in linkage with a paper shredder cutter shaft through a synchronous transmission device. When the rotating shaft rotates, the rotating shaft drives the paddle pushing segment to move in the circumferential direction along with the spindle flap, removing paper scraps at the top of a paper scrap pile in a shredded paper waste bin.
PAPER SCRAP PUSHING STRUCTURE OF PAPER SHREDDER
A paper scrap pushing structure of a paper shredder, including a rotating shaft, a paper pushing rod, and connecting rods, in which the rotating shaft is arranged under a paper outlet, and is in linkage with a paper shredder cutter shaft through a synchronous transmission device. The paper pushing rod is located on one side of the rotating shaft, arranged in the length direction of the rotating shaft in parallel and connected with the rotating shaft through the connecting rods. The distance from the paper pushing rod to the rotating shaft is smaller than the distance from the lowest portion of the paper shredder cutter shaft to the rotating shaft. When rotating, the rotating shaft drives the paper pushing rod to move in a circumferential direction through the connecting rods, removing paper scraps at the top of a paper scrap pile in a shredded paper waste bin.

Disposable waste system for paper shredder
The present invention involves a collapsible and disposable container that is inserted into a paper shredder to catch the shredded paper fragments. The disposable container has a relatively narrow slot-shaped opening having a length less than the longest dimension of the top of the container. A pair of counter-rotating rollers is supplied to compact the paper fragments and feed them through the slot and into the waste container. Various sensor systems, some constructed from conductive ink are used with and within the disposable container.
