Apparatus for Grinding a Fibrous Material Suspension
A refiner for refining pulps, includes a shaft, a rotor disc attached firmly to the shaft and a shaft bearing, the rotor disc being disposed between two stator discs and forming a refining chamber between the rotor disc and the stator discs. The shaft is movable in an axial direction and the shaft bearing is connected hydraulically to the refining chamber, ensuring low wear on the rotor discs and stator discs and, in particular, on the refiner plates on these discs, also in continuous operation.
POWDER GRINDER
The present invention relates to the field of grinding equipment, in particular to a powder grinder, comprising a power mechanism, a grinding mechanism, and a feeding mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a bowl and a base. The bowl is detachably installed on the base, and the power mechanism is detachably installed on the bowl. The first discharge opening is arranged in the middle of the bowl, and the second discharge opening is arranged in the middle of the base. An adjusting plate is rotatably installed on the base. The third discharge opening is arranged in the middle of the adjusting plate. An adjusting ring is arranged between the bowl and the base. The second connecting assembly is arranged between an inner edge of the adjusting ring and an outer edge of the adjusting plate. A bearing is arranged in the bowl. One end of the bearing is connected to the power mechanism, and the other end of the bearing passes through the first discharge opening, the third discharge opening, and the second discharge opening in sequence and is connected to the grinding mechanism for separate removal and cleaning of the bowl, the base, and the grinding mechanism. When cleaning, the power mechanism can be separately detached, which effectively prevents liquid from entering the inside of the power mechanism.
Disc Grinding Device and Grinder Comprising the Same
The invention relates to a disc grinding device (2) with a stator disc (3) and a rotor disc (4) which are disposed coaxially with respect to a common disc axis and have at least approximately the same diameter, and the mutually facing sides of which correspondingly contain an annular toothed stator surface and an annular toothed rotor surface, wherein the annular toothed stator surface contains at least one stator ring region with stator teeth, which are spaced apart by stator grooves in the peripheral direction, and the annular toothed rotor surface contains at least one rotor ring region with rotor teeth, which are spaced apart by rotor grooves in the peripheral direction, wherein the toothed rotor surfaces and the toothed stator surfaces define an annular grinding gap and are disposed and formed in such a way that the grinding gap becomes narrower radially in the direction from the disc axis towards the edge of the stator disc (3) and rotor disc (4), wherein the rotor teeth and rotor grooves extend in an inclined or curved manner with respect to the radial direction of the rotor disc (4), and/or wherein at least two stator ring regions with stator teeth and/or rotor ring regions with rotor teeth lie adjacently in the radial direction of the stator disc (3) or rotor disc (4) respectively and have stator teeth or rotor teeth respectively and/or stator grooves or rotor grooves respectively of different designs, and/or wherein the stator grooves and/or rotor grooves become narrower in the direction from the disc axis towards the edge of the stator disc (3) or rotor disc (4) respectively. The invention furthermore relates to a grinder (1) comprising such a disc grinding device (2).
GRATING APPARATUS AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION APPARATUS
A grating apparatus grates an object to be grated, and includes an upper mill including an upper mill grinding surface and an opening portion in a center of the upper mill grinding surface, a lower mill located below the upper mill and including a lower mill grinding surface abutting on the upper mill grinding surface, and a core at least partially located in the opening portion. The core includes a plate-shaped portion which rotates, and an engagement portion engaged with an object to be grated is provided in a peripheral end surface of the plate-shaped portion.
METHOD FOR PROCESSING OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS TO RECOVER VALUABLE MATERIALS
The subject of the present invention is a method for processing electrical and electronic components in order to recover valuable materials, such as the metals contained in printed circuit boards. According to this method, the electrical and electronic components are pre-shredded mechanically and then mixed with a liquid before they undergo wet milling (5).
COMMINUTING DEVICE OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL AND RELATIVE METHOD FOR COMMINUTING AND CELLULAR PREPARATIONS
A comminuting device of biological material and relative method for comminuting and preparing cellular preparations are described.
Smoking accessory assembly
A smoking accessory assembly facilitates storing and transporting accessories for grinding smoking matter and rolling the smoking matter for smoking. The assembly includes a housing having a plurality of compartments. A grinder has a plurality of grinder teeth and a peripheral wall enclosing the grinder teeth. A plurality of cap teeth is coupled to and extends from a top cap. The grinder is insertable into the top cap for grinding plant matter. A funnel tapers away to a tube section extending from a base of the funnel. Openings extend through the grinder for passing ground plant matter through the funnel and into the tube section. The tube section is open for passing the ground plant matter into a rolling paper wrapped around the tube section.

Viscous food product grinding and dispensing system
A viscous food dispensing system includes a chute inlet configured to funnel particulate food product into a sleeve and a transport device having an over-center cutout. The transport device is configured to rotate within the sleeve to convey the particulate food product. A processing surface extends downward from the chute inlet towards a curved base of the sleeve along a portion of the transport device. The processing surface is spaced laterally apart from the transport device to define a processing zone between the processing surface and the transport device. The particulate food product is processed as the particulate food product is captured between a leading edge of the over-center cutout and the processing surface while the transport device is rotating.
