Adipose tissue centrifuge and method of use
A centrifuge device is provided for the sizing and separation of constituents of a biologic mixture, e.g., adipose tissue. The device provides for the mechanical breaking down of the fibrous structure in the tissue by centrifugation causing the tissue to pass through a mesh element, or a sizing helix, or an extrusion element, whereupon the material is reduced to a slurry. This processed material may then be separated by centrifugation into its constituents, in order to harvest the fraction containing the multipotent cells. These multipotent cells may be utilized for various medical procedures to stimulate healing and tissue regeneration.

ADAPTER FOR TUBES IN A FIXED ANGLE ROTOR
A rotor assembly that includes a fixed-angle rotor with a plurality of rotor wells that each have a central axis in a fixed angular relationship relative to a rotational axis of the rotor to define a rotor well angle for each rotor well, and further includes an adapter for use with one of the rotor wells. The adapter includes a body with a circular cross-sectional shape that extends between a first end and a second end, and a sample tube cavity formed in the body. The cavity extends from an opening at the first end of the body to a closed base at the second end of the body and includes a longitudinal axis. When the adapter is positioned within the rotor well, the longitudinal axis of the cavity has an angular relationship relative to the rotational axis of the rotor that is different compared to the rotor well angle.

Disposable Centrifuge Pot
A pot for centrifugal separation of a biological fluid into multiple components. The pot comprises a wall (111) around a central axis (112), a top end (121) and a bottom end (113). The pot also comprises a plurality of baffles (114) protruding from the wall (111) into an inner volume of the pot, and/or a protrusion from the bottom end into the inner volume and around the central axis. Also, a consumable cartridge comprising the pot, a cartridge body adapted to receive the pot, and a first holding means. The first holding means is for holding the pot at least partly within the cartridge body, and is adapted to allow the pot to rotate.

Liner for a filter sub-assembly
A liner for a filter sub-assembly has a wall having an outermost surface and an innermost surface. The innermost surface bounds a cavity extending between opposing first and second ends of the liner. A portion of the outermost surface is textured. The liner may be used in a rotor of a filter assembly.
Centrifugal Screening Apparatus
In a centrifugal screening apparatus wherein a housing (10, 11) mounts a screen assembly (12) and a scroll assembly (20) to be differentially rotated about the machine axis, there is provided an inlet assembly (30) having an inlet body (31) defining an annular inlet space (32) coaxial with and opening in to an open apical end of the screen assembly (12) and a material supply conduit (35) delivering material to be screened to the annular space (32) and being aligned in a tangent to the annular space to deliver material to the screen assembly (12) substantially in the direction of rotation of the screen assembly (12).
CENTRIFUGE CONTAINER ADAPTER AND RELATED ARTICLES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
The present disclosure generally provides centrifuge container adapters configured to be used in a centrifuge, e.g., a bench-top centrifuge, and centrifuge systems and methods incorporating the centrifuge container adapters. The centrifuge container adapter may receive a centrifuge container, comprising a sample, the sample, in turn, comprising a fluid. During a centrifuging operation, according to some embodiments, the centrifuge container adapter and centrifuge container may be placed in a rotor cavity in the centrifuge. As a rotor of the centrifuge spins, the fluid may exit the sample within the centrifuge container and be collected in a void space of the centrifuge container adapter. In some embodiments, measurements of the fluid in the centrifuge container adapter may be used to determine characteristics or properties of the sample.
