Dual-flow nozzle for dispersing a high-pressure fluid and a low-pressure fluid

A nozzle configured to receive and disperse a high-pressure fluid or a low-pressure fluid is disclosed. The nozzle includes a nozzle body defining an open end, a closed end, and a side wall connecting the open end to the closed end, where the open end of the nozzle body configured to receive either the high-pressure fluid or the low-pressure fluid. The side wall defines a plurality of low-pressure apertures, a plurality of high-pressure apertures, and a compressible member positioned within the nozzle body. The plurality of high-pressure apertures are positioned downstream from the plurality of pressure apertures. The low-pressure apertures are smaller in size by a predefined ratio when compared to the high-pressure apertures. The compressible member is in an expanded position and blocks the plurality of high-pressure apertures when the open end of the nozzle body receives the low-pressure fluid.

A water path switching device includes a valve body, a rotating shaft, a rotating plate, a first valve core and a second valve core. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, a water inlet, and at least two water outlets. The rotating plate is arranged in the valve cavity and connected to the inner end of the rotating shaft so as to rotate with the rotating shaft. A portable water path switching device includes a valve body, a water diversion member, and a switching assembly. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, a water inlet communicating with the valve cavity, and at least two water outlets. The water diversion member is arranged in the valve cavity and at least provided with first water diversion holes and second water diversion holes. The first water diversion holes communicate with the first water outlet, and the second water diversion holes communicate with the second water outlet. The switching assembly is movably connected to the valve body and includes seal balls. When the switching assembly is driven, the seal balls switchably block the first water diversion holes and the second water diversion holes, so that water flow of the water inlet switchably flows to the second water outlet and the first water outlet.

The second number is larger than the first number.

A nozzle assembly includes a hollow nozzle body having a central bore and a plurality of ports extending through the body from the central bore; a switching valve assembly disposed in the central bore that directs fluid flow to ports upon application of fluid flow above a predetermined threshold to the inlet and direct fluid flow to different ports upon fluid flow having subsequently dropped below the predetermined threshold and then exceeding the predetermined threshold; and a flow insert configured to replace the switching valve assembly for directing flow through all of the ports when switching functionality is not needed. This flow insert may be made of a low pressure material such as a polymer.
