ALL-PLASTIC TRIGGER SPRAY PUMP
A full-plastic trigger spray pump, comprising a pump body (1). The lower part of the pump body (1) is connected to a locking cover (8); a liquid spray channel (11) is provided in the pump body (1); a nozzle (2) is provided at an outlet of the liquid spray channel (11); a liquid outlet channel (12) and a liquid inlet channel (13) which are vertically isolated from each other are provided in the pump body (1); the liquid outlet channel (12) is communicated with the liquid spray channel (11); a liquid guide chamber (14) is provided on a side of the liquid outlet channel (12) and the liquid inlet channel (13); the upper part of the liquid guide chamber (14) is always in communication with the liquid outlet channel (12) by means of a normally open port (15); a pumping piston (3) is provided in the liquid guide chamber (14); a trigger (4) capable of driving the pumping piston (3) to do piston movement in a left-right direction in the liquid guide chamber (14) is hinged onto the pump body (1); an elastic arm (5) capable of pressing against the pump body (1) and driving the trigger (4) to return the pumping piston (3) back is provided on the trigger (4); a lateral one-way valve that can be opened during the return movement of the pumping piston (3) so as to enable the liquid guide chamber (14) to be communicated with the liquid inlet channel (13) is provided between the liquid guide chamber (14) and the liquid inlet channel (13). The full-plastic trigger spray pump has simple structure and high liquid inflow efficiency, and can make full use of the solution pumped into the liquid guide chamber via a pump.
Dispensing device
The invention relates to a dispensing device comprising a dispensing case that may house a dispensing cartridge, where the dispensing cartridge holds a liquid to be dispensed. The dispensing device further comprising a top cap, an actuator, a main body and a bottom cap, where the main body is positioned between the top cap and the bottom cap. The dispensing device further comprising top and bottom magnets that magnetically repel one another. Upon pressing of the actuator, material from the dispensing cartridge is dispensed and upon releasing of the actuator, the magnetic repellency of the top and bottom magnets moves the actuator back to its original position.
Dispenser with replaceable inner container
A dispenser for dispensing a liquid product, the dispenser comprising a housing, a pump assembly, a dispensing head, and an inner container. The inner container accommodates the liquid product and is configured to be inserted into a cavity of the housing. The inner container is replaceable and detachably connected to the housing such that the housing, the pump assembly, and the dispensing head can be retained for reuse while the inner container can be replaced with a new inner container. A protrusion is provided on an underside of the inner container that a user can grip to rotate the inner container in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction to disengage the inner container from the housing.
Trigger sprayer assembly with dual action piston
A trigger sprayer includes an engine with a piston chamber and an outlet fluid passage, and a piston that slides within the piston chamber and defines an interior bellows chamber. The bellows component is movable in the interior bellows chamber between an uncompressed position in which a fluid volume in the interior bellows chamber is minimized and a compressed position in which the fluid volume is maximized. The trigger sprayer further includes a trigger lever that pivots between a neutral position and an actuated position using a pair of S-shaped trigger springs. Pivotal movement of the trigger lever pushes the piston vertically in the piston chamber to drive fluid from the piston chamber into the interior bellows chamber and move the bellows component from the uncompressed position to the compressed position. Relaxation of the bellows component drives fluid from the interior bellows chamber to the outlet fluid passage.
PUMP ATTACHMENT MEMBER
A pump attachment member, produced by plastic moulding, having a skirt, an annular plate and a receiving sleeve defining a receiving recess formed by a moulding pin which is forcibly withdrawn on release from the mould, the receiving recess having an inwardly projecting annular inlet rib, the attachment flange of a distribution member being held in the receiving recess by said annular inlet rib. The annular inlet rib having retaining segments for engaging with the attachment flange and mould release segments for engaging with the moulding pin on release from the mould.
HEAD FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT AND ASSOCIATED FLUID PRODUCT BOTTLE
This disclosure relates to a dispensing head for a fluid product, comprising: a manually operable pusher, the pusher being configured to move between a high position (PH) and a low position (PB), and a nozzle for dispensing the fluid product made of a resilient material. The dispensing head is configured so that, during the movement of the pusher between the high position (PH) and the low position (PB), the nozzle passes from a closed position in which the nozzle is sealed, to an open position allowing the dispensing of the fluid product by deformation of the nozzle under the effect of a stress exerted by the support and/or a release of a stress exerted by the pusher.
WEARABLE ACCESSORY WITH INTEGRATED LIQUID CONTAINER
A wearable accessory for storing and dispensing liquid and a method of using the same are provided. The accessory can include a housing having a loop structure with a through-hole configured to receive a hand of a user therethrough, and a liquid container enclosed within the housing. The through-hole can be sized for the user's lower arm. The liquid container can include a first end having a sealable opening for adding liquid for storing and dispensing, and a second end in fluid communication with a nozzle opening recessed in an external surface on the front side of the housing. The nozzle opening can be configured to receive and dispense a volume of atomized liquid from a sprayer coupled to the second end of the liquid container when the sprayer is activated by an actuator integrated into the housing. The recessed nozzle opening prevents the user from contacting the sprayer.
AN ADAPTOR ASSEMBLY FOR A FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
An adaptor assembly for use in a dispenser for a replaceable fluid container comprising a fluid reservoir and a fluid pump. The adapter assembly is used in conjunction with the dispenser to allow a use of a fluid container having a pump being actuated by laterally compressing it. The adaptor assembly comprises an actuation part being movable, when mounted in the dispenser, and comprises a first contact surface for abutting against the user actuator and a second contact surface for abutting against the pump. The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/or the fluid container mounted in the compartment. A fixed dolly is configured to abut against the pump, wherein the pump is able to be configured between the second contact surface of the actuation part. A fluid dispensing system and a dispenser including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.
