Metering pump
Disclosed is a metering pump comprising a housing that extends from an inlet region to an outlet and surrounds a piston which is urged into a starting position by a compression spring. In the metering pump the stop limiting the lifting stroke of the piston is formed by the lower end of the piston coming in contact with the inlet portion.
Variable dose container
Aspects of the present invention are directed to a variable dose container. The variable dose container may comprise a container including a top portion, a bottom portion, and a side wall portion, the space between the bottom portion and the side wall portion defining an interior space, wherein the container stores contents within the interior space. The variable dose container may further include an actuator coupled with the top portion of the container that is depressible in a longitudinal direction to drive the contents held in the interior space of the container out of a nozzle protruding horizontally from the actuator. Additionally, the variable dose container may include a collar under the nozzle, a top circumferential edge of the collar containing one or more grooves of varying depth into which the nozzle can be inserted when depressed, thereby adjusting a distance the actuator is moved in the longitudinal direction.
Adapter part, dispenser, and storage chamber for use in a dispenser
A dispenser for dispensing a liquid or pasty compound that has a dispenser head which has a dispenser opening and a dispenser lower part, a storage chamber, and a pump device in the dispenser head. The compound can be dispensed out of the storage chamber via the dispenser opening by the pump device. The storage chamber is additionally produced as a bag-like storage chamber part and is received in the dispenser lower pat in a replaceable manner. The storage chamber part has an adapter part for interacting with the pump device in order to conduct the compound, and the adapter part has a cover element which can be acted upon in order to form an opening of the storage chamber. A seal wall which extends so as to surround the cover element is suitable for sealingly interacting with the dispenser.
FLUID DISPENSING APPARATUS
An apparatus and method of using a device for dispensing fluid comprising a flexible and collapsible container, a fluid dispenser pump connected to the flexible and collapsible fluid container configured to draw fluid from the flexible and collapsible fluid container into the fluid dispenser pump and to dispense fluid through a fluid delivery channel to an exit port upon actuation of the pump. The dispenser pump having an actuator comprising a dose delivery button, and a sensor located in the apparatus and configured to actuate the dispenser pump upon physical contact of the dose delivery button by a user.
Dispenser for dispensing flowable, for example liquid to pasty, compounds
A dispenser for dispensing flowable, for example liquid or pasty, compounds, includes a storage tank for the compound and a pump chamber, and also includes a dispenser head, wherein the dispenser head has a dispensing mouth and the dispenser head can be pressed down against a stop in the direction of a vertical axis of the dispenser to perform a pumping operation, wherein the stop is adjustable in terms of its height. In order to give a dispenser of the kind in question an advantageous design, in particular with regard to handling, the stop is formed by an outwardly exposed sliding track that can be rotated around the vertical axis, against which a projection that protrudes radially outward on the dispenser head comes to a stop when pressing down.
Refillable solution dispensing device
A refillable solution dispensing device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section. An actuator exposed through the exterior of the upper section. The actuator is movably connected to an air chamber and a solution chamber. The solution chamber is in fluid communication with the solution reservoir and a discharge nozzle. The air chamber is fluidly connected to the discharge nozzle. The actuator is coupled to a mixing shaft that protrudes into the lower section. The lower section comprises an interior volume that functions as a solution reservoir. A solution cartridge and water are inserted into the solution reservoir. A solution mixer is rotatably coupled to the mixing shaft combining the solution within the solution cartridge, the solution cartridge, and the water into one solution. Upon an activation of the actuator, the solution and the air will mix and exit the discharge nozzle.
VARIABLE DOSE APPLICATOR
Aspects of the present invention are directed to a variable dose applicator. The variable dose applicator comprises a container including a collar portion, a top portion, a bottom portion, and a side wall portion, the space between the bottom portion and the side wall portion defining an interior space to hold contents of the container. The variable dose applicator may further include an actuator, the actuator being depressible in a longitudinal direction to drive the contents held in the interior space of the container out of an applicator extending from the actuator. Additionally, the actuator includes one or more dosing elements protruding horizontally from the actuator. The collar portion has a top circumferential edge containing one or more grooves of varying depth into which the one or more dosing elements can be inserted when the actuator is depressed, thereby adjusting a distance the actuator is moved in the longitudinal direction.
SMART 1TOUCH
An apparatus and method of using a device for dispensing fluid comprising a flexible and collapsible container, a fluid dispenser pump connected to the flexible and collapsible fluid container configured to draw fluid from the flexible and collapsible fluid container into the fluid dispenser pump and to dispense fluid through a fluid delivery channel to an exit port upon actuation of the pump. The dispenser pump having an actuator comprising a dose delivery button, and a sensor located in the apparatus and configured to actuate the dispenser pump upon physical contact of the dose delivery button by a user.
Dual dispenser
A dual dispenser having two pumps (P1, P2) associated with two reservoirs, each pump having a pump body (P10, P20) and an actuator rod (P11, P21) axially movable over an axial stroke; and a dispenser head including a dispenser orifice (O) for dispensing the fluids coming from the actuator rods (P11, P21). The dispenser head has a cap (1) mounted on the actuator rods (P11, P21) and that forms the dispenser orifice (O); a pusher (2) mounted on the cap (1) so as to move it axially downwards and upwards, the pusher (2) also being mounted on the cap (1) so as to turn relative thereto; and an adjustment insert (3) arranged below the cap (1) and that is secured to the pusher (2) to turn with it, the cap (1) coming into abutment against the adjustment insert (3), limiting the axial stroke of the actuator rods (P11, P21).
