TRIGGER SPRAYER VENTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME
A trigger sprayer having a venting system including a piston bore and a vent bore at least partially contained therein, the vent bore including at least one vent port; a piston and vent piston are moveably seated in the piston bore and vent bore, respectfully, the vent piston including at least one annular seal and a vent path port, the vent path port and vent port in gaseous communication when the vent piston is actuated and moved over the vent port.
WASHABLE, MODULAR PUMP
An easy-to-disassemble pump with a replaceable, ergonomic shroud is contemplated. The pump components snap-fit and allow the user to easy access and clean its interior. Further, the internal components ensure sufficient suction is provided to minimize or avoid entrapment of fluid on exposed portions of the pump.
DISPENSER PUMPS AND DISPENSERS
A dispenser pump has a plunger operable in a body including an outer cylinder body having a vent opening in its sidewall and a body insert fitting into the top of the outer body and providing an external collar through which the plunger stem operates. The body insert has lock-down threads to lock down the plunger for shipping. The insert also has formations for blocking or unblocking the vent opening by rotation between the outer body and body insert, driven by rotation of the plunger head which makes a catch engagement with the top of the body insert. This plunger head rotation is the locking or unlocking action for the plunger lock-down. Blocking the vent during shipping reduces leakage.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING A FLUID
Described is a dispenser for dispensing a fluid contained in a plastic bottle, including a ring nut having a cylindrical conduit for sucking the fluid; a concertina-like deformable element including side walls defining a dosing chamber; a ring identifying with the ring nut a locking system defining an operating and non-operating configurations; a dispensing head, which can be pressed by a user and having a collection chamber collecting the fluid flowing from the dosing chamber through a central opening of the ring; first and second shutoff elements defining, respectively, a check valve at the inlet and a check valve at the outlet of the dosing chamber; a locking element interfering with at least one between the first and the second shutoff elements to lock it in the fixed position and thereby occlude the suction conduit and/or the central opening in a stable manner at least in a dispensing configuration.
Fluid Dispenser
A fluid dispenser having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; and a pump for drawing fluid from a fluid source via the fluid inlet towards the fluid outlet; wherein the pump has a housing and a spring adapted to bias the pump away from a compressed position and towards a rest position; the spring being situated at least partially within the housing; and wherein the spring comprises one or more resiliently deformable polymer units.
SPRAY BOTTLE HAVING HINGING AND LOCKING SPRAY HEAD ASSEMBLY WITH REPLACEABLE COMPONENTS, AND MULTI-LABEL SYSTEMS
A spray bottle assembly includes a bottle having a neck, and a spray head assembly having a base cap configured to removably attach to the neck. The base cap has a feature that rotationally locks the base cap relative to the neck to constrain the spray head assembly in a predetermined plane. A multi-label system for a spray bottle includes: at least one strip, the strip including connected labels with differing information printed on each side, each label including a ring for positioning on a neck of the spray bottle. A pumping mechanism for a spray bottle includes: a unibody plunger having a sleeve section that variably inverts and overlaps an end thereof thus defining an internal volume that varies with the disposition of the sleeve section relative to the end. A pivoting head section that allows servicing of functional seal components.
Recyclable, pre-compression dispenser with trigger sprayer
A trigger sprayer is made from a single grade of polymer capable of being reused as post consumer resin. The design allows for upright and inverted actuation. A pre-compression diaphragm ensures that dispensing stroke delivers a complete and uniform amount of fluid.
Recyclable pump dispenser
A pump dispenser where the pump assemblies does not require disassembly to be recycled in current recycling streams. The pump assembly can include a plastic spring that does not lose stiffness over time and does not interact with the liquid product.
COMPRESSIBLE MECHANISM FOR EXTRACTING FLUID PRODUCTS FOR A RANGE OF PACKAGING
A pressing mechanism for miscellaneous packs dispensing fluidic products comprising a capsular body in which a hollow actuator stem is slidably mounted to perform downward and upward movements with the outflow and backflow provided by a bellows with an elastic memory. An upper end of the bellows is coupled to a corresponding part of the actuator stem by a locking ring, and is also coupled to a button/nozzle, while the lower end of the bellows is supported on the capsular body. The actuator stem is slidably guided by an annular cap, below which the lower end of the actuator stem is coupled to a piston and a first check valve, which, together with a second check valve, allows the actuation of the actuator stem.
ALL PLASTIC CONTINUOUS SPRAY TRIGGER SPRAYER
A manually operated trigger sprayer that stores a quantity of pressurized liquid during the charge stroke of the trigger for subsequent release during the return stroke, is presented. The trigger sprayer is configured such that an appreciable volume of liquid is dispensed during both the charge and the return strokes of the trigger, creating a continuous discharge stream, for so long as the trigger is actuated. The present invention trigger sprayer also provides an all plastic construction by replacing tile metal coil spring of prior art trigger sprayers with a U-shaped plastic spring located exterior to the pump housing thereby making the trigger sprayer well-suited for recycling.
