MASKLESS PAINTING AND PRINTING
An apparatus (and a corresponding operation method) for automated maskless painting of an external paint on a complex surface using a coloring agent, wherein the complex surface is part of an aircraft. The apparatus comprises a multi-axis robot comprising at least one applicator for the coloring agent, wherein the at least one applicator is configured to apply the coloring agent to the complex surface using a coloring agent ejection technology.
LOTION APPLICATION MACHINE AND REPLACEABLE CARTRIDGE USED WITH THE MACHINE
A lotion application machine for allowing automatic application of a lotion to the body of a user is provided. The lotion application machine has a rotatable platform, on which the user can stand and be rotated while the lotion is being applied. The lotion can be applied evenly to the entire body of the user.
ROTARY DISPENSING TANK
A dispensing system for a rotary dispensing machine includes a tank, a fill tube, and a piston that moves along the fill tube and defines an air chamber and a fluid chamber within the tank. The tank is rotatable relative to the fill tube. A fluid is dispensed from the fluid chamber of the tank through at least one outlet formed in the tank.
Servo operated spray machine and method for operating
A method of operating a plurality of machines. Each of the machines uses a servo motor and a motor drive coupled to the servo motor, and the motor drive incorporates a regenerative braking system. The method comprises synchronising the servo motors in order to achieve overlap of the acceleration phases of some machines with the deceleration phases of other machines and providing electrical power from the regenerative braking systems of machines in a deceleration phase to machines in an acceleration phase. A controller for a machine implementing the method, and a system comprising such a controller and a plurality of machines are also disclosed.
INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR THE METALLIC COATING OF A WORKPIECE
The invention relates to an installation and a method for the metallic coating of a workpiece using a coating device, said coating device comprising a displaceable coating lance, by which a metal plasma jet can be generated to create a coating of metal particles. According to the invention, it is provided that the coating device with the coating lance and a measuring device for measuring the coating thickness are jointly integrated in the installation, and that the coating device with the coating lance as well as the measuring device are enclosed by a housing.
Decorative Defect Re-Basecoating System for Cans and other Cylindrical Containers
A quick, practical and economical method, machine and system for re-basecoating cans which have necks, flanges but also have basecoat and or decoration defects. The cans may pass by a corona /plasma treatment which removes lubricant. A main starwheel will carry the cans to a can body coating application device (such as a high durometer resilient roller), then to a can neck coating application device (similar but shaped for the neck/flange of the can). The main starwheel will carry the cans through an induction tunnel in which cans have an electrical current induced, thereby curing the cans before the cans are removed by an outfeed device and placed onto an outfeed conveyor. Hold down chucks hold the cans from the top (in addition to vacuum chucks holding the cans from the bottom) and cover the top of the cans so that the new coating material does not enter.
Apparatus and method for the application of surface treatments on articles
A plurality of workpiece-holding spindles is arranged, each engaging an article being processed, and a plurality of trays, each removably engaging a plurality of said spindles. The trays are moved along a feeding line extending along a feeding path passing near a decoration module. By a transfer assembly, the spindles carrying the articles are transferred from the trays on the feeding path, to the decoration module. A decorative treatment is applied to the articles carried by the spindles, in correspondence with at least one treatment unit (40, 41, 42) operating along the decoration module. In correspondence with a painting module operatively connected with the feeding line, the articles carried by the spindles are painted.
COATING DEVICE
A coating device includes: a stage transfer part including a first long shaft extending in a first direction and a second long shaft extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a stage tilting part disposed on the stage transfer part, where the stage tiling part swings about a first swing axis; a stage rotating part disposed on the stage tilting part, where the stage rotating part rotates about a first rotating axis intersecting the first swing axis; a stage aligning part disposed on the stage rotating part, where the stage aligning part includes a first short shaft extending in the first direction and a second short shaft extending in the second direction; and a stage disposed on the stage aligning part, wherein a coating target is seated on the stage, where the stage includes a monitoring camera disposed in a camera seating space defined inside the stage.
Liner and rotary tank assembly therefor
A rotary tank assembly is provided for a liner. The liner is structured to apply a compound to a plurality of container closures. The rotary tank assembly includes a compound tank, a fill tube structured to fill the tank with a volume of the compound to a desired level, a sensor assembly adapted to measure the level of the compound within the compound tank, and a rotary union assembly structured to pivotably couple the fill tube and the sensor assembly to the compound tank. The sensor assembly only requires one single probe.
Method and apparatus for treating substrate
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for applying a liquid onto a substrate. The method for treating a substrate, the method includes: a liquid supplying step of supplying a treatment liquid for forming a liquid film on the substrate while rotating the substrate; and a liquid diffusing step of diffusing the treatment liquid discharged to the substrate by rotating the substrate, after the liquid supplying step. The liquid diffusing step includes: a primary diffusion step of rotating the substrate at a first diffusion speed; and a secondary diffusion step of rotating the substrate at a second diffusion speed, after the primary diffusion step. The second diffusion speed is higher than the first diffusion speed. Accordingly, the treatment liquid can be applied to the substrate again by performing the secondary diffusion step, making it possible to adjust the thickness of a photosensitive film.
