Painting system
A painting system includes a conveying mechanism adapted to convey a workpiece to be painted to a painting station, a holding and rotating mechanism mounted at the painting station and adapted to hold and rotate the workpiece, and a robot having a nozzle adapted to spray a paint on the workpiece held by the holding and rotating mechanism. The robot is configured to spray the paint onto the workpiece while the holding and rotating mechanism rotates the workpiece, spraying a layer of the paint on an outer surface of the workpiece.
METHODS FOR PREPARING COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CARBON BLACK
There are disclosed methods for producing curable elastomeric compositions comprising carbon black particles, as well as their corresponding cured products. Such compositions, once cured, can be used for the preparation of numerous articles of wide industrial applicability.
SUBSTRATE CLEANING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE CLEANING METHOD
A particle removed from a substrate is suppressed from adhering to the substrate again. A substrate cleaning apparatus includes a substrate holder configured to hold the substrate; a gas nozzle configured to jet a cleaning gas to the substrate on the substrate holder; and a nozzle cover provided to surround the gas nozzle. The cleaning gas is jetted to a decompression chamber of the nozzle cover from the gas nozzle, and a gas cluster configured to remove the particle on the substrate in the decompression chamber is generated. A gas for a gas curtain is jetted from an end portion of the nozzle cover toward the substrate, and the gas curtain is formed between the substrate and the end portion of the nozzle cover.
Spray application system and method for applying a spray treatment
A spray application system and a method of its operation are provided for applying a spray treatment onto a surface of an airframe of an aircraft. The spray application system includes a set of multiple modular hood units that are combinable to form a combined enclosure that defines a shared interior volume. Each modular hood unit of the set includes one or more enclosure walls. At least two airframe-interfacing edges of each modular hood unit define a portion of a spray treatment region of the airframe. At least one inter-unit-interfacing edge of each modular hood unit is configured to interface with another inter-unit-interfacing edge of a neighboring modular hood unit of the set to form at least a portion of the combined enclosure. A spray access port is defined within an enclosure wall of each modular hood unit.
COATING METHOD AND COATING APPARATUS
A coating method of supplying a treatment solution to a substrate and coating the substrate with the treatment solution by a spin coating method, includes mixing a solvent for the treatment solution lower in surface tension than the treatment solution into the treatment solution concurrently with a start of supply of the treatment solution or later than the start of the supply of the treatment solution, and then supplying the treatment solution to the substrate.
MIST DEPOSITION APPARATUS AND MIST DEPOSITION METHOD
A deposition apparatus supplies mist containing fine particles to a substrate and forms a film including the fine particles on a substrate surface, and includes an air guide member that covers at least a portion of the substrate surface, and a mist supplying section that supplies mist to a space between the substrate surface and the air guide member. The mist supplying section includes a charge applying section, which applies a positive or negative charge to the mist, and a mist ejecting section, which ejects the mist charged by the mist applying section into the space. The air guide member has a wall surface facing the substrate surface, and the deposition apparatus includes an electrostatic field generating section that causes a potential having a same sign as the mist charged by the charge applying section to be generated by the wall surface.
SUBSTRATE TREATMENT APPARATUS AND METHOD
Provided are a substrate treatment apparatus and method for treating a substrate while preventing the surface of the substrate from drying out. The substrate treatment method includes: moving a first nozzle to above a first point on a substrate; ejecting a first substrate treatment liquid onto the substrate from the first nozzle; moving a second nozzle to above the first point; and ejecting a second substrate treatment liquid onto the substrate from the second nozzle, wherein the second nozzle is positioned above a second point on the substrate before moving to above the first point.
SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS
A substrate treating method for treating substrates with a substrate treating apparatus having an indexer section, a treating section and an interface section includes performing resist film forming treatment in parallel on a plurality of stories provided in the treating section and performing developing treatment in parallel on a plurality of stories provided in the treating section.
Vacuum spray apparatus and uses thereof
Spray apparatus and uses thereof are described herein. A vacuum spray nozzle apparatus may include a first tube in fluid communication with a fluid source, a rotor coupled to the tube, a conduit in fluid communication with the passages of the first tube, and a second tube coupled to the conduit, the second tube being in fluid communication with a vacuum source. The rotor is in fluid communication with the pressurized fluid source. The conduit is substantially arched or angled such that an outlet of the conduit is offset a radial distance in a radial direction from the rotor axis, and when pressurized fluid is ejected from the outlet, during use, rotates the conduit. The vacuum spray nozzle apparatus is configured to remove components from a material through the second tube when a pressure of the system is reduced using the vacuum source.
