Apparatus for withdrawing sprayed paint and withdrawal plate suitable therefor
The present invention relates to a withdrawal plate suitable for an apparatus for withdrawing a sprayed paint to solve a failure of a painting facility and a contamination problem due to paint sludge, which includes: a square frame constituted by left and right side frames 91, an upper frame 92, and a base frame 93; and slats 94 arranged at a predetermined interval within the square frame, in which the left and right side frames 91 facing each other are included in one direction, and the slat 94 is fixed the left and right side frames 91 in an oblique state so that a front is lifted up and moves down backwards when viewed from the side, and multiple slats are consecutively arranged at a predetermined interval in a vertical direction.
SYSTEM OF COLLECTING PAINT RESIDUE AND METHOD OF COLLECTING PAINT RESIDUE
The present invention has an object to efficiently precipitate a paint residue. A system (10) of collecting a paint residue includes: a bubble-containing functional water generation portion (6) which is configured so as to generate functional water that is bubble-containing alkaline water or acid water; a paint collecting portion (1) which collects the paint residue with the functional water; and a storage portion (2) which recovers the functional water from the paint collecting portion and which stores the functional water.
ROBOT, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING
An electrostatic powdering robot for a powder booth, the robot including a projector for performing electrostatic powder coating. In order to reduce the time required for powder removal from the booth and facilitate automation of powder removal, the robot further includes a robotic arm, which is articulated and which carries the projector for positioning the projector, as well as a blower, for blowing a powder removal fluid, preferably air, the robotic arm carrying the blower to position the blower inside the booth, so that the blower blows the powder removal fluid onto a surface to be de-powdered inside the electrostatic powdering booth and thereby removes the residual powder coating the surface to be de-powdered.
BASE BODY FOR A COATING CELL OF A COATING SYSTEM, COATING CELL HAVING SUCH A BASE BODY AND COATING SYSTEM HAVING AT LEAST ONE COATING CELL
A main part for a coating cell of a coating plant has a modular design and is an exchangeable element within the entire system of the coating plant. The main part is further designed to be connectible to at least one sidewall in the form of a module, to provide a particularly user-specifically configured coating cell.
