FOLDING EXTENSION NOZZLE AND DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A dispensing nozzle and a dispensing assembly incorporating the dispensing nozzle are provided. The dispensing assembly comprises a cap body, a dispenser actuator, and a dispensing nozzle. The dispensing nozzle comprises a nozzle base having a mounting end configured to be mounted to the dispenser actuator; and a nozzle body connected, at a connection joint, to a distal end of the nozzle base. The connection joint includes a first surface having an arcuate slot and a second surface opposing the first surface, which may include a post, the arcuate slot being configured to receive the post. The post is configured to pass through the arcuate slot such that the nozzle body is configured to rotate about the nozzle base.
FABRICATION OF MEMBRANE ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY WITH FILAMENT EXTENSION ATOMIZER SPRAY
A method and apparatus are described for forming a multilayer assembly. The method includes adhering first and second catalyst layers to opposed sides of a polymer membrane. At least one of the first catalyst layer, the second catalyst layer, and the polymer membrane is formed by filament extension atomization of a fluid material to form atomized droplets that are sprayed to form the respective membrane or layer.
Rotary sprinkler for varying irrigation pattern
A rotary sprinkler comprises a rotatable irrigation head with one or more nozzles, associated with liquid feed lines, which extend thereto from a sprinkler base housing, and further comprises a static biasing control base located below the irrigation head, e.g. between the sprinkler base housing and the irrigation head. The sprinkler can comprise a flow regulator arm, whose movement, at least indirectly, results in reducing the cross-sectional area of liquid flow towards at least one of the nozzles, and a flow deflector arm configured to interfere with a liquid jet discharged from at least one of the nozzles in order to affect the angle and range of the liquid jet. The static biasing control base can comprise an array of biasing elements, which can bias a cam follower configured to rotate together with the irrigation head and transfer its rotational displacement to the flow regulator arm and flow deflector arm, e.g. through respective gear elements. The gear elements can be adjusted to control a ratio between the extent of deflection of the two arms due to the rotation of the cam follower. The rotatable irrigation head can comprise a cover for preventing exposure of the dynamic control elements to the exterior of the sprinkler.
Fire Out Sprinkler Device
The present invention relates to a novel sprinkler device. The device is designed to prevent the spread of wildfires to residential areas. The device comprises a plurality of sprinkler nozzle heads secured to a pole component. Each sprinkler nozzle head comprises a built-in sensor that will detect the presence of a fire, automatically activating the sprinkler nozzle head to extinguish a fire. Further, each sprinkler nozzle head comprises a backup system in case of a power failure, or the sensor fails. Further, the sprinkler heads can comprise a solar-powered battery and a manual power switch.
Movable rack assembly with corner spray nozzles
A movable rack assembly for a washer having a generally rectangular frame. The frame includes a central hub connectable to a fluid source. A plurality of elongated tubular base members extends from the central hub and defines a bottom of the frame. A pair of spaced-apart elongated, tubular side members defines side portions of the frame and a space therebetween. Each of a plurality of spaced-apart transverse members has ends that are connected to one of the side members. The transverse members transverse the space defined between the side members. A rotary spray arm is attached to each of the transverse members. A plurality of corner spray nozzles on the frame directs fluid toward corners of the frame. The bottom members, the side members and the transverse members are fluidly connected with each other and fluidly connect the rotary spray arms and the corner spray nozzles with the central hub.
FIRE-FIGHTING APPLIANCE FOR DISTRIBUTING WATER DROPLETS
A fire-fighting appliance for distributing water droplets includes a rotating nozzle unit configured with nozzles distributed about the periphery of the nozzle unit, and a tubular element that is prepared for connection to a source of water for supply of water to the nozzles. Furthermore, the fire-fighting appliance includes a motor that is attached to the tubular element and is driven by the water pressure from the water source. The motor is rotatably connected to the nozzle unit and an adjusting device is provided for controlling the rotational speed of the motor for dispersing water droplets through the nozzles in a pulsating action.
INJECTION NOZZLE AND INJECTION DEVICE INCLUDING INJECTION NOZZLE
An object is to effectively remove dirt adhering to a surface to be cleaned and improve supply efficiency of a compressed gas. The injection nozzle of the invention is configured such that a rotating body housing portion is provided in an outer cover, a rotating body is provided in the rotating body housing portion, a rotating body protruding portion is provided in the rotating body, a distal end portion of the rotating body protruding portion protrudes outward through an opening portion provided in the outer cover, a liquid discharge pipe is provided inside the rotating body, and a distal end portion of the liquid discharge pipe is inserted into an insertion hole of the rotating body protruding portion.
Magnetically coupled actuator and limit switch for a flow diverter
A programmable, electronically controlled sprinkler system has a hermetically sealed internal chamber which encloses all of the internal water flow, valves, mechanical and rotational components and a plurality of magnetic coupling arrangements which allow external motors to control operation of the internal mechanical components without requiring any hydraulic seals.
Driving structure of a garden sprinkler
A driving structure for a garden sprinkler comprising: a main body, a sprinkler unit, at least one adjusting base, and at least one driving member. The main body has a main base and an upper cover corresponding to each other, the main base being hollow and having an assembly opening at an end configured to accept the sprinkler unit and for connection to a hose connector; the main base having a recess and a streaming surface, a plurality of first through apertures disposed on the streaming surface corresponding to a plurality of second through apertures with longer lengths disposed on the upper cover; the recess accepting the adjusting base and forming an enclosure with the upper cover; at least one through hole disposed in a middle portion of the main body and defined by integrating the main base with the upper cover, the through hole provided with a positioning baffle.
