FLUID DISPENSER FOR RECOVERING MATERIAL FROM A SURFACE
An assembly for delivering a fluid includes a fluid dispenser connected to a fluid supply conduit. The fluid dispenser includes a fluid outlet positioned along a length of the fluid dispenser. The fluid outlet is configured to deliver the fluid from the fluid supply conduit at a flow rate that varies along the length of the fluid dispenser.
COAL-CONTAINING WASTEWATER SPRAYING DEVICE FOR DUST SUPPRESSION DURING COAL CONVEYING
Provided is a coal-containing wastewater spraying device for dust suppression during coal conveying, including a motor, a gland, a body seat, and an accelerator. The body seat includes a funnel-shaped cover, a first disc and a plurality of crushing plates. The accelerator includes a circular second disc. The end of an output shaft of the motor passes through the first disc to connect with the second disc. The cover is provided with a water retaining ring between the first disc and the second disc along its axial direction. The cover, the first disc, the second disc and the water retaining ring form a water inlet space.
SPRAY COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A spray coating system includes a spraying robot sized to fit within a conduit. The spraying robot includes arms that extend outward and retract inward to maintain contact with an interior surface of the conduit. The spraying robot is configured to be coupled with hoses that separately supply different fluids to the spraying robot. The spraying robot includes a spray head from which a compound formed from the fluids is sprayed onto the interior surface of the conduit. The spraying robot is configured to be pulled through the conduit and/or self-propel in the conduit to spray the compound onto the interior surface of the conduit and form a coating thereon.
METHOD OF PRODUCING PRILLS
Method of producing prills includes providing a hollow body rotatable about a first axis, the body having a wall rotationally symmetrical around the first axis forming an interior space, the wall including nozzles; providing a second body disposed in the hollow body such that a gap exists between the hollow body and the second body; supplying liquid to the gap; generating jets of liquid from the nozzles radially outward by driving the rotational motion of the hollow body and/or second body around the first axis of rotation using a rotary drive unit; applying a reciprocal pressure excitation on the jets of liquid by moving the hollow body and/or second body along the first axis; and decoupling the rotations of the one of the hollow body and second body and a reciprocating drive-unit.
Oil distribution assembly
The present disclosure concerns an oil distribution assembly for a system having rotating components requiring a supply of oil, such as bearing components of a gas turbine engine. Example embodiments include an oil distribution assembly for a gas turbine engine, comprising: an oil distributor mounted for rotation about a rotation axis of the assembly and comprising an internal volume having a plurality of channels extending along an inner radial surface of the oil distributor; and an oil injector arranged to direct a supply of oil to the plurality of channels in a direction having a component in a first direction along the rotation axis; wherein each of the plurality of channels is angled relative to the rotation axis such that a radial distance between each channel and the rotation axis increases along the rotation axis.
ATOMIZER, SPRAY-DRYING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE PARTICLES
A nozzle part dropping a slurry and a rotary disk centrifugally spraying the slurry to be dropped from the nozzle part are included. The rotary disk includes a plurality of grooves stretching in a radiation direction at least in a periphery part of a surface on which the slurry is sprayed.
Apparatus for in-situ pipe coating and related methods
An in-situ applicator for applying a composition in a pipe comprises a flow diverter configured to receive a composition and eject the composition from at least one outlet. The applicator also comprises a hollow conical body having a narrow end, a broad end, and an interior surface configured to receive the composition ejected from the flow diverter. The conical body also has a plurality of holes forming a band that wraps circumferentially around the conical body which defines a flow region on the interior surface between the band and the narrow end. The band includes first holes adjacent to the flow region where each of the first holes has a first average diameter and second holes disposed between the first holes and the broad end, each of the second holes having an average diameter greater than the first diameter.
Liquid atomization device and air cleaner using same
A liquid atomization device includes: an inlet; an outlet; and a liquid atomization chamber. The liquid atomization chamber is provided in an air passage between the inlet and the outlet. The liquid atomization chamber includes a rotary shaft, a pumping pipe, a collision wall, a reservoir, and a drain port. The rotary shaft is rotated by a rotary motor and is disposed in the vertical direction. The pumping pipe includes a lower portion having a pumping port and an upper portion fixed to the rotary shaft, and is rotated in coordination with rotation of the rotary shaft to pump up water through the pumping port and centrifugally discharge the water. The pumping pipe generates, inside the pumping pipe, a whirlpool in the water in the reservoir by the rotation, and forms, at the center of the whirlpool, a void providing communication between the pumping port and the drain port.
Rotary atomization head and coating device
A rotary atomization head is provided, which prevents discharged threads of a coating material from making contact with each other and from being unified. A rotary head 1 includes: a diffusion surface 122 to diffuse the coating material toward an outer edge part 123 by centrifugal force; and a plurality of grooves 124 formed on the outer edge part 123.
