DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR A SNOW GENERATOR AND SNOW GENERATOR COMPRISING SAID DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A dispensing assembly for a snow generator has a fixed structure (4) having a circular opening (5) extending along the longitudinal axis (A1); a rotor (6) extending along the longitudinal axis (A1), which has one free end (7) at the circular opening (5), and is configured to rotate around a rotational axis, preferably coinciding with the longitudinal axis (A1); and a water supply assembly (10), configured to supply water at a given pressure within the fixed structure (4), at the free end (7) of the rotor (6); the free end (7) of the rotor (6) being coupled to the circular opening (5) of the fixed structure (4) so as to delimit, together with the fixed structure (4), an annular gap configured to guide a jet of atomised water towards the outside of the dispensing assembly (2).
Oscillating sprinkler
An oscillating sprinkler includes a turbine operatively connected to a movable gear cage that is biased into either a first position or a second position using three torsion springs to drive rotation of a nozzle housing.
ROTARY ATOMIZER TURBINE
A rotary atomizer turbine is provided, the turbine including a turbine wheel with multiple turbine blades, a blade duct containing the turbine blades and being delimited radially by a duct wall, a braking air nozzle, a driving air nozzle and an outlet region at the outlet of the driving air nozzle. The outlet region is delimited at the outside by the duct wall of the blade duct and at the inside by the turbine blade respectively passing through it. The blade duct is delimited radially at the inside opposite the braking air nozzle by a stationary flow barrier. Furthermore, the outlet region of the individual driving air nozzles is a divergent cross-sectional region which widens in the flow direction and rotates with that turbine blade passing the driving air nozzle.
Rotary atomizing head type coating machine
A bearing air passage through which bearing air is supplied toward an air bearing of an air motor and a turbine air passage through which driving air is supplied toward a turbine are provided in a housing. An annular space surrounding the air motor is provided between the housing and a cover. A bearing air branch passage connecting the annular space and the bearing air passage to each other and a turbine air branch passage for connecting the annular space and the turbine air passage to each other are provided. The air branch passages lead a part of the compressed air to the annular space and keep the cover in a heated state.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING A VISCOUS MATERIAL
A device for applying a viscous material includes an application tube which has a material inlet opening on a first end and a material outlet opening on a second end, which defines an application channel, and which is flexible at least over one portion of its length, and a housing which accommodates the application tube, and which has a material supply connection for the viscous material to the application tube, wherein the application tube is connected to the housing in an initial region coming from the material inlet opening, and is arranged at a distance to the housing in an end region extending to the material outlet opening, and wherein a bearing section of the end region is mounted near to the material outlet opening in a motor-driven eccentric that can rotate about the longitudinal central axis. An adjustment mechanism is provided for adjusting the distance of the bearing section to the longitudinal central axis.
Structural Arrangement for Air-Conditioner
BUILDING FEATURE APPLIED IN AIR-CONDITIONING APPLIANCE, capable of enriching the air with atomized water droplets in two stages, where in a first moment the water sent directly from the water supply network is pre-atomized in an appliance (8); being then delivered to the main atomizer (9), which produces the final atomization, creating an ultrafine mist that facilitates the thermal exchange between the mist and the air. The air-conditioning appliance must be associated to a fan so as to spread this mist to the room.
ROTARY ATOMIZATION PAINTING DEVICE AND ROTATION BALANCE ADJUSTING METHOD
Provided is a rotary atomization painting device that can adjust balance in a state in which a bell cup and an inner member are integrally assembled and can achieve an increase in yield and a reduction in the number of manufacturing steps. A rotary atomization painting device including a rotary atomizer head configured to rotate to atomize paint, the rotary atomizer head having: a bell cup that is formed into a bell shape to cause paint to be formed into a thin film; and an inner member that is arranged inside the bell cup and forms a paint reservoir, the inner member having a plurality of weight mounts on which weights are selectively mountable.
Material spreader utilizing vehicle power and having operational wireless control
A material spreader assembly for the broadcast spreading of particulate material from the trailer hitch of a vehicle. A hopper for storing the particulate material is supported by a frame having a trailer hitch coupler for connection to the vehicle. A spreader including a spinner driven by an electric motor receives and disperses the particulate material. A control circuit receives electric current from the vehicle via a plug interface and a wiring harness and controls the operation of the spreader. A remote communicates user commands to the control circuit. The control circuit includes a motor control processor that controls a motor power relay and a motor driver to gradually ramp up the current supplied to the spreader for start up the spreader while preventing a high transient current draw spike. Component feedback sensors enable the motor control processor to provide an emergency shut off feature and warning signals.
AUTOMATED DRONE-BASED PAINT DELIVERY SYSTEM
An automated drone-based surface treatment material delivery system includes a drone having a body, at least one propeller rotatably supported by the body, at least one propeller motor supported by the body and configured to selectively apply motive power to the at least one propeller, and a controller supported by the body and configured to control a flight path of the drone at least by manipulating a speed of the at least one propeller. The drone also has a rotary atomizer supported by the body for movement therewith. The rotary atomizer includes a rotating dispersion structure configured to disperse a surface treatment material from a material supply.
