A CENTRIFUGAL ATOMIZATION STRUCTURE AND A SPRAYING DEVICE WITH THE SAME, A CENTRIFUGAL ATOMIZATION DEVICE, A DRIVE DEVICE AND A DUAL-DRIVE SPRAYING DEVICE
A centrifugal atomization structure and a spraying device with the same are provided. The centrifugal atomization structure comprises: a centrifugal atomization disc that is provided with a plurality of flow guide grooves, and each flow guide groove extends from the central position to the edge of the centrifugal atomization disc; an annular body is arranged at the outer side of the centrifugal atomization disc, a plurality of teeth are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular body, and the teeth are radially arranged outwards; the annular body and the centrifugal atomization disc are coaxially arranged, and a space is arranged between the annular body and the centrifugal atomization disc in the radial direction; and the center of the centrifugal atomization disc is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a motor to form a spraying device.
Rotary bell cup atomizer with auxiliary turbine and vortex shaping air generator
The invention provides apparatus for spray coating of substrates using a rotary bell cup atomizer equipped with an air-driven main turbine and a supply of pressurized primary shaping air conveyed through primary shaping air channels and nozzles for controlling the shape of the atomized spray pattern exiting the bell cup edge, the apparatus further including an auxiliary, independently air-driven turbine equipped with a rotatable vortex generator, and including a separate air supply of secondary shaping air for supplying secondary shaping air through secondary air channels and nozzles to further control the shape of the atomized spray pattern exiting the bell cup, which secondary shaping air, on passing through the vortex generator, produces a curtain of shaping air in a vortex-like pattern, which, in conjunction with and mixing with the primary shaping air from the primary air nozzles, produces improved pattern control, transfer efficiency and quality of coating on the substrate.

ATOMIZATION DEVICE SPRAYING METHOD
An atomization device spraying method is provided. The atomization device includes a first atomization disk and a second atomization disk that are coaxially disposed and rotate in opposite directions, and the diameter of the first atomization disk is smaller than the diameter of the second atomization disk. The atomization device spraying method includes: obtaining spraying parameters of the atomization device; determining a target particle size D.sub.F of target fog droplets; adjusting, based on the spraying parameters and a preset model, a rotating speed N of the second atomization disk to a target rotating speed for outputting the target fog droplets with the target particle size D.sub.F, where the preset model is built by at least a secondary atomization factor determined based on the rotating speed N of the second atomization disk; and performing spraying through the target fog droplets with the target particle size D.sub.F.
