The system includes a robot multi-jet system having a spray section, a drier section, and a catalyst section. The drier section includes a warm air blower, the catalyst section includes a photocatalyst tank, and the spray section includes a plurality of jet extensions. A first jet extension connected to the photocatalyst tank sprays a uniform layer of a photocatalyst through a first set of jets, and a second jet extension that is mechanically connected to the drier section and in fluid communication with the warm air blower is configured to spray a gas onto an inner surface of the glass tube with a second set of jets. Both the drier section and the catalyst section are mounted on wheels to move the system on the inner surface of the glass tube. A motor is electrically connected to a battery mounted within the robot and mounted to the wheels.

Autonomously Operable Sanitation Sprayer

An apparatus and methods are provided for a remotely operable sanitation sprayer for quickly disinfecting large indoor spaces. The sanitation sprayer includes a body supported by drive wheels and one or more casters. The drive wheels are configured to rotate at different speeds to steer the sanitation sprayer. A boom comprising a generally elongate member is vertically coupled with the body. Nozzles disposed along the length of the boom are configured to disperse a disinfectant into the indoor space. The nozzles are of an electrostatic variety configured to electrostatically charge the disinfectant exiting the sanitation sprayer. The sanitation sprayer further includes electronic equipment for remotely operating the sanitation sprayer. A front of the sanitation sprayer may be equipped with one or more cameras and sensors that facilitate detecting nearby objects. The cameras and sensors may be configured provide a first-person view to a practitioner remotely operating the sanitation sprayer.

Electrostatic spraying system for agriculture

In an example, an electrostatic spray module includes a base unit formed of a sturdy, rigid, liquid impermeable, electrically insulative material and a cover formed of a sturdy, rigid, liquid impermeable, electrically insulative material and sized for covering the base unit. The base unit and the cover configured for mating engagement together so as to form a liquid impermeable, electrically insulative, protective enclosure when the module is in a closed state to keep the internal components clean and dry and prevents high voltage shorting and prevents leakage of current by inhibiting a high voltage from establishing a return path to ground. The spray module includes a quick access latch and gasket systemwith no tools required to open for maintenance. The module includes integral place holders for components including air supply manifold and variable voltage supply to provide a selectable high voltage level to accommodate various spraying application.
