An electrostatic fluid delivery system that is configured to deliver fluid, such as a disinfectant fluid, onto a surface by electrically charging the fluid and forming the fluid into a spray that can be directed onto a surface, such as a surface to be cleaned. The system is powered by a DC (direct current) power system. The device can electrically or positively charge a liquid or gas.

A method of manufacturing optoelectronic components includes spraying a fluorescent layer of an optoelectronic component onto a substrate, the substance or the substance mixture of the fluorescent layer including an electric charge when sprayed on, and wherein the electrically charged substance or the at least partially electrically charged substance mixture includes a larger electric potential when the fluorescent layer is sprayed on than at least one area of the substrate; and locally adjusting the thickness of the fluorescent layer of the sprayed-on fluorescent substance when spraying on the fluorescent layer onto the substrate by an electric potential gradient.

A method for producing a wearable coating having a solid material fixed on skin, the method comprising: A) a step of placing one or more solid materials selected from the group consisting of a powder, a granule, a film, a fiber, a flat material, and a cubic material other than these, on a skin surface; B) a step of, after the step A), electrostatically spraying a composition X comprising the following component (a) and the following component (b) directly on the skin to thereby form a coating on the skin surface: (a) one or more volatile substances selected from the group consisting of water, an alcohol, and a ketone, and (b) a polymer having a coating forming ability; and after the step B) or before the step A), C) a step of applying a composition Y, other than the composition X, comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of the following component (c) and the following component (d) to the skin: (c) an adhesive polymer, and (d) an oil.

A liquid tank for an electrostatic atomizer for liquids is provided, including a receiving space for a liquid and a delimiting wall delimiting the receiving space with respect to the surrounding area. The liquid tank further includes a self-closing valve connecting the liquid tank to the atomizer.

An installation for spraying a fluid comprising a fluid circulation circuit including a sprayer capable of spraying the fluid, a pump and a circulation pipe for the fluid, the pump being suitable for injecting the fluid into the circulation pipe, the circulation pipe being configured to guide the fluid from the pump to the sprayer, the installation further including at least one injector configured to inject a liquid separate from the fluid into the circuit, wherein the injector is configured to compare a total volume of liquid injected into the circuit to a predetermined volume, and to stop the injection when the total volume of injected liquid is equal to the predetermined volume.

Such device can be for electrospinning or electrospraying a predetermined solution toward a deposit surface. The device can have a durable portion, a semi-durable portion, and a consumable portion. The consumable portion can be received and held by the semi-durable portion, and the semi-durable portion holding the consumable portion can be removably coupled to the durable portion.

Methods involving: A) placing one or more solid materials on a skin surface; after step A), B) electrostatically spraying a composition X comprising (a) one or more volatile substances selected from water, an alcohol, and a ketone and (b) a polymer having a coating forming ability directly on the skin to thereby form a coating on the skin surface; and after step B) or before step A), C) applying a composition Y, other than the composition X, comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of (c) an adhesive polymer and (d) an oil component (d) to the skin, are useful for producing a wearable coating having a solid material fixed on skin.
