Rotating spray device for lubricant
Provided is a rotating spray device for a lubricant, wherein the rotating driving mechanism rotates to drive the rotating spindle, and the rotating spindle drives the upper and lower rotating spray trays to rotate, and compressed air and a lubricant are respectively fed into each pitch circle closed cavity formed between each of the rotating spray trays and the spray tray main body, and then are sprayed out through the nozzles on the rotating spray trays for uniform spray coating. The device can spray the same and uniform dosage of the lubricant to the working surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies, play a role of uniform forging lubrication and reduce the forging defects.

The nozzle base may include a plurality of fins radially extending outwardly and spiraling along the axial extent of the nozzle base. The outer cap includes an inner chamber configured to receive and surround at least a portion of the nozzle base seated therein. The outer cap includes a proximal cap aperture in a proximal end of the outer cap and a distal cap aperture in a distal end of the outer cap. The nozzle base may be received through the proximal cap aperture. A second fluid may be configured to flow inside the inner chamber and between the plurality of fins from the proximal cap aperture toward the distal cap aperture.
Airstream Propelled Spray Atomizer Apparatus and Method of Fluid Atomization by Codirectional Airstream Propulsion
An airstream propelled spray atomizer apparatus and method of fluid atomization by codirectional airstream propulsion enables controllable atomization of a second fluid into a first fluid for use in surface treatment and cleaning. A user is able to alter the amount of atomization of the second fluid, from a spray to a mist, during spray operations without having to stop and change nozzles. Further, effectuating atomization via in-stream introduction rather than via structural impediments disposed interior to the nozzle prolongs nozzle life over extended operations.
Print head and printing method
A print head includes a capillary around an axis of symmetry for a liquid to be printed, the capillary adjoining at least one elastic element and having a nozzle opening which opens into a prechamber. The prechamber has an outlet opening aligned with the nozzle opening of the capillary in its axial orientation of the axis of symmetry and at least one inlet opening for a guide gas. The at least one elastic element forms a guide for the capillary in its axial orientation only. A feed for the liquid to be printed is provided in the capillary. A mechanical oscillation system is provided that includes the at least one elastic element and the capillary with the liquid contained therein. An actuator with a mechanical or magnetic force interaction with the oscillation system is further provided.
Coating system and method
An atomizing spray device includes a housing having plural inlets and one or more outlets fluidly coupled with each other by an interior chamber. The inlets include a first inlet shaped to receive a first fluid and a second inlet shaped to receive a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The interior chamber in the housing is shaped to mix the first fluid received via the first inlet with the slurry received via the second inlet inside the housing to form a mixture in a location between the inlets and the one or more outlets. The interior chamber in the housing also is shaped to direct the mixture formed inside the housing as droplets outside of the housing via the one or more outlets such that, based on a discharged amount of the first fluid in the droplets, the first fluid promotes evaporation of the second fluid as the droplets traverse from the housing toward a surface of a component.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY DRYING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
An electrostatic sprayer operable at high flow rates and low pressures particularly suitable for spray drying. The sprayer includes an elongated body having a downstream spray nozzle assembly through which electrically charged liquid is directed via a central feed tube within the nozzle body and atomizing air is supplied via an annular passage about the liquid feed tube. In one embodiment, the nozzle assembly is an external mix cluster head spray nozzle assembly having a plurality of circumferentially spaced metallic spray tips. In another embodiment, the spray nozzle is an internal mix nozzle assembly having a spray tip with an internal mixing chamber for atomizing liquid prior to discharge.
SEQUENTIALLY ACTIVATED MULTI-DIAPHRAGM FOAM AT-A-DISTANCE DISPENSER SYSTEMS
An exemplary foam dispenser includes a housing, a reservoir for holding a foamable liquid, and a pump located below the reservoir. The pump includes a liquid pump chamber, two or more air pump chamber and a manifold. The manifold includes a liquid outlet port, a liquid outlet valve and an air outlet port. An elongated liquid dispensing conduit in fluid communication with the liquid outlet port and an elongated air dispensing conduit in fluid communication with the air outlet port are also included. A mixing chamber having a mixing chamber liquid inlet, a mixing chamber air inlet, and a foam outlet is provided. The mixing chamber is located remotely from the sequentially operated multi-diaphragm pump. The elongated liquid dispensing conduit is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber liquid inlet and the elongated air dispensing conduit is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber air inlet.
Device for coating cylinder including a coating head with coating guns
A device for coating a cylinder includes a coating head capable of being inserted into the cylinder, a plurality of coating guns which are provided on the coating head and are configured to discharge a coating material in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the coating head, and a rotating cover which, when the coating material is discharged from one of a first coating gun and a second coating gun among the plurality of coating guns, is configured to cover the other of the first coating gun and the second coating gun, in which the plurality of coating guns are connected to coating material supply devices of different systems, respectively.

Spray nozzle device for delivering a restorative coating through a hole in a case of a turbine engine
An atomizing spray nozzle device includes an atomizing zone housing that receives different phases of materials used to form a coating. The atomizing zone housing mixes the different phases of the materials into a two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in a carrier gas. The device also includes a plenum housing fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing and extending from the atomizing housing to a delivery end. The plenum housing includes an interior plenum that receives the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas from the atomizing zone housing.
