MOBILE HYGIENE UNIT
The invention relates to automated devices for pro¬ducing aerosols of liquid disinfectants and for spraying same. A mo¬bile hygiene unit comprises a housing (1) containing a disinfectant spraying unit (2) with a spraying nozzle (3), a tank (4) containing disinfectant, a compressor (5), and a control unit (6). It further com¬prises a mechanism for regulating the droplet size distribution of the aerosol, including a pump (7), an electromagnetic valve (8), and a dosing nozzle (9) with an internal cylinder. The disinfectant spraying unit (2) comprises a shaped nozzle (3) having a nozzle head (10) of axisymmetric cross-section attached thereto, and a mixing chamber (11) for mixing disinfectant with compressed air, having two thread¬ed inlets for a pneumatic line (12) and a hydraulic line (13), said inlets being arranged at an angle of 180°. The dosing nozzle (9) contains an internal cylinder and a rod with a threaded tip. The mobile hygiene unit generates an aerosol in four droplet size distribution modes: dry fog (from 3.5 to 10 pm), wet fog (from 10 to 30 pm), mist (from 30 to 50 pm), and spray (from 50 to 100 pm). The invention allows highly precise regulation of the droplet size distribution of the aerosol in each mode without the need to change the spraying nozzle.
FOG INJECTION NOZZLE
A fog injection nozzle able to generate a swirling cone of fog. The nozzle includes an internal cavity into which a pressurized liquid and a pressurized gas are introduced. The pressurized liquid is introduced into the cavity via a central axial duct of a cylindrical block and the pressurized gas is introduced into the cavity via a plurality of axial through holes disposed about the central axial duct. The axial through holes and radial arms are arranged such that a mixture of the liquid and gas inside the cavity is asymmetrically deflected by the radial arms to cause a swirling tangential component to appear in the conical flow of fog discharged from the nozzle.
AEROSOL DISPENSER CONTAINING A HAIRSPRAY COMPOSITION AND A NITROGEN PROPELLANT
An aerosol hairspray product with a spray device and a pressurizable container having a container wall which encloses a reservoir for storing a compressed gas propellant and a hairspray composition. The hairspray composition can be ethanol-based or ethanol-free. The spray properties of the product, including the spray rate and median droplet size, can be maintained throughout the lifetime of the container.
Atomization Generator And Special High-Pressure Atomization Generation Device For Increasing Oil And Gas Field Recovery
An atomization generator and a special high-pressure atomization generation device for increasing oil and gas field recovery are provided. The special high-pressure atomization generation device for increasing oil and gas field recovery includes an agent pot assembly, a gear pump, a metering pump, an atomization generator and pipelines. The gear pump is connected with the agent pot assembly through an agent pot liquid inlet pipe. The metering pump is arranged between the agent pot assembly and the atomization generator which are connected through the low-pressure manifold pipeline and the high-pressure liquid inlet pipeline. The high-pressure liquid inlet pipeline is connected with the liquid inlet pipe. The liquid inlet pipes are connected with the metering pump. The gas inlet pipe is connected with the high-pressure gas source through the high-pressure gas inlet pipe. The gas inlet cap is provided with a gas inlet pipe.
ELECTROSTATIC NOZZLE AND CONTROLLABLE JET MINIMAL QUANTITY LUBRICATION GRINDING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides an electrostatic nozzle and a controllable jet minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) grinding system. The electrostatic nozzle comprises a nozzle core; an upper nozzle body is connected above the nozzle core; a free space is formed between the upper nozzle body and the nozzle core for storing compressed air and reducing pressure; a lower nozzle body is connected below the nozzle core; a gas-liquid mixing chamber, an acceleration chamber and a nozzle outlet are sequentially arranged inside the nozzle core from top to bottom; and micro-bulges are uniformly distributed on an inner wall of the acceleration chamber.
ANALYTICAL NEBULIZER
A thin film induction nebulizer is disclosed herein. The nebulizer has a gas capillary and a liquid capillary that are aligned in the same direction within a nebulizer housing and are substantially aligned with a main axis of the nebulizer housing. The nebulizer includes a liquid opening configured to allow liquid to exit the liquid capillary and a gas orifice configured to allow gas to exit the gas capillary. The liquid capillary opens into a chamber that is formed from a liquid channel having a roughened surface and a cover plate. The cover plate interfaces with the liquid channel to partially seal the chamber. The chamber includes an opening where the liquid opening opens into the chamber and also includes another opening proximal to the gas orifice. The end of the nebulizer housing that is proximal to the liquid opening and the gas orifice includes two angled exterior surfaces.
Dispensing system for use in cryogenic skin treatment
The invention relates to a dispensing system for use in cryogenic skin treatment that is capable of targeted delivery of a cryogen at a high rate, thereby achieving rapid freezing of targeted skin tissue. The dispensing system of the present invention uses a cryogen that contains dimethyl ether and is designed to deliver the cryogen in an accurate and very effective manner.
SPRAY DEVICES FOR ANTIPERSPIRANT OR DEODORANT COMPOSITIONS WITH A COMPRESSED GAS PROPELLANT
An aerosol antiperspirant or deodorant product with a dispenser with a dispenser container filled with nitrogen gas and a reservoir filled with antiperspirant or deodorant composition. The composition is dispensed without substantial clogging in the valve assembly or changes to the mass flow rate and/or average particle size distribution.
SPRAY NOZZLE DEVICE
A spray nozzle device according to an embodiment includes a first nozzle having a first spray hole for spraying plasma, a second nozzle spaced apart from the first nozzle and having at least one second spray hole through which the plasma sprayed from the first nozzle passes, a coupling member spaced apart from the second nozzle and coupled to the first nozzle, and at least one connecting member connecting the second nozzle with the coupling member. The second nozzle includes at least one inflow channel for the injection of a deposition material into the second spray hole.
INSERT DEVICE FOR FUEL INJECTION
An insert device includes a first coupling body inserted into an engine cylinder head. The first coupling body extends around a center axis to define a first interior volume of the first coupling body that is shaped to receive a distal tip of a fuel injector. The insert device includes a second mixing body coupled with the first coupling body and extending around the center axis. The second mixing body includes conduits that receive fuel from the fuel injector and air from a combustion chamber, combine the fuel with the air, and direct the fuel-air mixture into the combustion chamber. The first coupling body has a first end surface positioned to face the cylinder head and the first coupling body is tapered such that an outer diameter of the first coupling body is larger toward the first end surface than toward the second mixing body.
