A spray device includes a converging assembly, a container and a suction pipe. The converging assembly includes a first liquid channel, a second liquid channel, a first air channel and a second air channel. The first liquid channel and the first air channel communicate with an inlet of the second liquid channel. The second air channel communicates with the container. An end of the suction pipe communicates with the inlet of the second liquid channel, and another end is submerged in a solution in the container. When a liquid flows from the first liquid channel to the second liquid channel, air in the first liquid channel is discharged via the first air channel, the solution is sucked to the second liquid channel through the suction pipe, the solution and the liquid are mixed at the inlet of the second liquid channel, and then are sprayed from the second liquid channel.

NOZZLE FOR SPRAYING LIQUIDS
20170333921 · 2017-11-23 ·

A nozzle for spraying liquids, in particular a dual-substance nozzle, having a nozzle housing and a plurality of outlet openings in the nozzle housing, wherein each outlet opening is arranged at the end of an outlet passage through the wall of the nozzle housing, and wherein the plurality of outlet openings is arranged in a circle on the nozzle housing. An outlet angle which the respective central axis of the outlet passage associated with the outlet opening encloses with a central longitudinal axis of the nozzle housing differs between at least one first and at least one second outlet opening.

ATOMIZER NOZZLE

The invention relates to an atomizer nozzle (10) with a liquid channel (19) which communicates downstream with an annular mixing chamber (26). A liquid (F) is supplied to the liquid channel (19) via a liquid connection (12). The atomizer nozzle (10) additionally has a gas connection (13) which is connected to a gas line system (28). Pressurized gas (L) is conducted to an outer injection channel (29) and an inner injection channel (34) via the gas line system. Each of the two injection channels (29, 34) opens into the annular mixing chamber (26) at a respective injection point (30, 35). The outer injection point (30) is provided on a radially outer mixing chamber wall, and the inner injection point (35) is provided on a radially inner mixing chamber wall. The inflowing liquid can thus be finely atomized using little pressurized gas (L) in the annular mixing chamber (26) and dispensed downstream of the annular mixing chamber via at least one outlet opening (40) in the form of a spray jet (S).

Cleaning device for vehicle-mounted camera

An air passage and two lines of cleaning liquid paths are provided in a nozzle, and the air passage is bifurcated into two lines of distal end portions. Then, a distal end portion of the cleaning liquid path and the distal end portion of the air passage are merged. Thus, if the compressed air is supplied to the air passage, the resulting air flow causes a negative pressure on the downstream side. This enables making a cleaning liquid into the form of a mist and suctioning it, and to mix the cleaning liquid in the form of a mist with the compressed air, whereby it is possible to clean the lens surface and to reduce the amount of the cleaning liquid used.

Electrostatic Fluid Delivery System
20170291181 · 2017-10-12 · ·

An electrostatic fluid delivery system is configured to deliver fluid, such as a disinfectant fluid, onto a surface by electrically charging the fluid and forming the fluid into a mist, fog, plume, or spray that can be directed onto a surface, such as a surface to be cleaned. The system atomizes the fluid using a high-pressure fluid stream and passes the fluid through an electrode of a nozzle assembly to charge droplets of the atomized fluid.

Showerhead with scanner nozzles

A showerhead assembly including a plurality of scanner nozzles. Each scanner nozzle includes an oscillation chamber fluidly coupled to an inlet aperture and an outlet aperture, and configured to discharge a random sweeping jet from the outlet aperture over a coverage area.

Compressor wash system with spheroids

The present application thus provides a cleaning system for use with a compressor of a turbine engine. The cleaning system may include a wash nozzle positioned about the compressor and a spheroid injection port to inject a number of spheroids therein.

Rotating spray device for lubricant

Provided is a rotating spray device for a lubricant, wherein the rotating driving mechanism rotates to drive the rotating spindle, and the rotating spindle drives the upper and lower rotating spray trays to rotate, and compressed air and a lubricant are respectively fed into each pitch circle closed cavity formed between each of the rotating spray trays and the spray tray main body, and then are sprayed out through the nozzles on the rotating spray trays for uniform spray coating. The device can spray the same and uniform dosage of the lubricant to the working surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies, play a role of uniform forging lubrication and reduce the forging defects.

SPRAY DEVICE AND CLEANING APPARATUS

The present disclosure provides a spray device and a cleaning apparatus. The spray device includes an atomization structure, which is configured to atomize a cleaning liquid when the cleaning liquid is sprayed to form liquid droplets, and a jet structure, which is configured to spray a gas along a determined direction to cause the gas sprayed to collide with the liquid droplets to form atomized particles. The spray device provided by the present disclosure may increase cleaning uniformity and cleaning efficiency to improve cleaning process results, and may further reduce an impact force to the to-be-cleaned surface by the liquid droplets to a certain level. Thus, the damage to a surface pattern of a wafer may be reduced.
