Hair treatment system, treatments and apparatus
A hand held shower head configured to deliver a continuous dose of water dispersed treatment from a water disintegratable treatment source, the shower head including: a hollow body having water inlet opening and water outlet, the water outlet defined by a perforated plate, and a mesh formation disposed within the hollow body between the water inlet opening and the perforated plate, wherein the water inlet opening, hollow body and perforated plate are configured to create in use a pressurised turbulent water flow within the hollow body prior to exiting through the perforated plate, whereby a water disintegratable tablet treatment source introduced into the hollow body prior to use, is then agitated by the turbulent water flow against the mesh in an abrading manner and thereby dispersed into the water flow exiting the perforated plate. A water disintegratable tablet comprising emulsifier, thickening agent, surfactants, oil and rheology modifier is also disclosed.
THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCE DISPENSING SHOWER HEAD SYSTEM
A therapeutic substance dispensing shower head system has a shower head and a therapeutic substance carrying cartridge that is removably inserted into the shower head to diffuse the therapeutic substance into the water flowing through the shower head. The cartridge is configured for single hand manipulation and is inserted into a cartridge socket that is provided in the face of the shower head to make operation simple. The diffusion rate of the substance into the water flow is variably controlled by turning the cartridge while it is inserted in the cartridge socket. The diffusion is not predicated on aspiration or venturi concepts and thus is not sensitive to different water pressures and flow rates.
Dispensing assembly including an additive mixing device
A dispensing system (2000), includes a container (900) containing a flowable base formulation (910) to be dispensed, an additive mixing device (2004), and an actuable pump engine (2002) which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body (2022) with an internal cavity (2052), an additive ingredient (2054) within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber (2058) between an input and an output. With each pump of the device (2004) the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices (2004) may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
HAIR TREATMENT SYSTEM, TREATMENTS AND APPARATUS
The present invention relates to hair treatment systems. More specifically the present invention relates to a treatment application apparatus, as well as a range of tablets and sprays for use with said apparatus.
Spray wand
A spray wand for use with a chemical or chemical formulation in solid form. The spray wand has a spray wand body having a hollow tube with an angled wand spray end, a spray end selector attached to the angled wand spray end, a wand hose end screen inserted into or otherwise attached to the hollow tube of the spray wand body, and a wand hose end connected to the spray wand body. The wand hose end has a wand hose end valve for control of water flow from a hose. A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has external channels or grooves on its external surface as a water rinse feature for the spray wand.
Dispensing assembly including an additive mixing device
A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
SPRAY WAND
A spray wand includes: a hollow tubular main body; a nozzle mounted on the output end of the main body; and a valve assembly configured to mount the input end of the main body. The valve assembly includes: a housing having an input conduit for coupling the valve assembly with a fluid source; a sealing piston biased within the input conduit toward a sealing position thereof; and a valve core having a column rotatable within the interior space of the housing and a handle extending from the column, the valve core being rotatable between at least one open position corresponding to an open condition of the valve assembly and at least one closed position corresponding to a closed condition of the valve assembly. Upon rotation of the column to at least one open position thereof, the sealing piston biased within the input conduit is pressed from the sealing position.
SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CONTROLLED AND SELECTED CONCENTRATIONS OF CHEMICAL SALT COMPOSITIONS
A chemical salt composition dispensing system for dispensing controlled concentrations of aqueous chemical salt compositions to a user includes an outer housing having proximal and distal ends. The outer housing includes a base member located at the distal end of the outer housing. A sieve member is releasable to and insertable into the outer housing member. A spatially adjustable positioning member is connected to the outer housing and is flexibly secured to a shower head for positioning the outer housing and the sieve member at a selected distance between a user and the shower head. The dispensing system includes a flow control mechanism connected to the base member and is manually operated by the user to control the flow rate of the aqueous chemical composition dispensed to the user.
Shampoo bottle with replaceable color cartridges
A dual chamber bottle includes a doser for mixing and dispensing two liquids. The bottle holds a first bulk liquid in a bulk chamber. The bottle holds a second additive liquid in a cartridge. The first and second liquid are segregated from each other. The doser is provided to dose the additive liquid into the bulk liquid. The second liquid is an additive that enhances a quality of the first liquid. The bulk chamber can be squeezed to dispense the bulk liquid out of the bottle while introducing the additive liquid to the bulk liquid in the process of dispensing.
SHOWER FILTER
A shower filter includes a water treatment gel composition containing 100 parts by weight of vitamin C or a vitamin C derivative, 100 parts by weight of salt, and 3 to 13 parts by weight of xanthan gum so that there are advantages of removing chlorine dissolved in service water and simultaneously providing natural minerals to skin to help skin care.
