Texturizing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound
A method of texturing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound by providing a collapsible bag having an opening at its top and is adapted to contain non-acoustical joint compound for forming a textured coating on the wall or ceiling and providing a spray nozzle having a low pressure input port, a joint compound suction port attached to the opening at the top of the collapsible bag, and an output port for spraying the non-acoustical joint compound. A low pressure stream of air from an air gun attached to the low pressure input port urges a small quantity of the non-acoustical joint compound to be sprayed out of the spray nozzle when the bottom of the collapsible disposable bag is raised above its top to either allow or force the joint compound to flow into the suction port and into the interior of the spray nozzle.

Print head and printing method
A print head includes a capillary around an axis of symmetry for a liquid to be printed, the capillary adjoining at least one elastic element and having a nozzle opening which opens into a prechamber. The prechamber has an outlet opening aligned with the nozzle opening of the capillary in its axial orientation of the axis of symmetry and at least one inlet opening for a guide gas. The at least one elastic element forms a guide for the capillary in its axial orientation only. A feed for the liquid to be printed is provided in the capillary. A mechanical oscillation system is provided that includes the at least one elastic element and the capillary with the liquid contained therein. An actuator with a mechanical or magnetic force interaction with the oscillation system is further provided.
LIQUID ATOMIZING APPARATUS
A liquid atomizing apparatus includes: an atomizing body member made of a porous body having micropores connected in a three-dimensional network, the atomizing body member having a surface including a part serving as a gas pressurized-inflow surface and another part serving as a gas release surface; a liquid supply unit for supplying a liquid to the atomizing body member, the liquid being to be impregnated into the micropores of the atomizing body member; and a gas supply unit for setting gas pressure on the gas pressurized-inflow surface of the atomizing body member to be higher than on the gas release surface of the atomizing body member and injecting the gas into the micropores of the atomizing body member through the gas pressurized-inflow surface, and releasing a mist of the liquid having been impregnated in the micropores together with the gas from the gas release surface.
ATOMIZER NOZZLE, ATOMIZING DEVICE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL POWDER, AND METAL POWDER
An atomizer nozzle includes: a molten metal nozzle extending in a vertical direction and which allows a molten metal to flow downward from a lower end thereof; and a gas nozzle including a chamber having an inner peripheral surface surrounding an outer periphery of the molten metal nozzle, a blow portion which introduces a gas to the chamber toward a circumferential direction of the molten metal nozzle, and a cover extending from the chamber to a position below the lower end of the molten metal nozzle while surrounding the molten metal nozzle, wherein the cover is provided with a tapered inner peripheral surface connected to the inner peripheral surface of the chamber and of which diameter is decreased as close to a lower end portion of the tapered inner peripheral surface.

Method for filling and emptying a liquid tank of a spreader device for winter service vehicles, and spreader device
In a spreader for winter service vehicles, brine is filled from a tank sack into additional tanks by purely hydrostatic effect substantially without the use of pumps, by the tank sack being so filled for example by excess pressure that the brine is urged through a liquid line where it forms a closed liquid column. The exit end of the liquid line lies below the entrance end of the liquid line so that, upon filling, the liquid from the tank sack automatically flows into the additional tanks due to hydrostatic forces. Upon emptying the liquid tank, the liquid also flows in a corresponding manner from the tank sack into the additional tanks, thereby completely emptying the tank sack.
