NOVEL SPRAY NOZZLE AND PROCESS FOR MAKING NANOPARTICLES
Methods for making particulate material include providing a first solution comprising one or more solvents and an active agent, providing a second solution comprising an antisolvent, mixing the first solution with the second solution to form a mixture, atomizing the mixture with a gas to produce droplets, and drying the droplets by directing the droplets into a chamber for removal of the solvent and the antisolvent to produce solid particles. Various apparatuses for producing particulate material in this manner are also provided.
Spraying Machine
A spraying machine includes a machine body, a support frame, and a spraying portion. The support frame includes a horizontal frame having a length along a left-right direction, and a pair of vertical frames and each having a length along an up-down direction, and protruding downward from both ends of the horizontal frame. The spraying portion is supported by the support frame, and sprays a spraying material. The support frame is supported by the machine body to be rotatable around a rotation axis passing through a fulcrum portion provided on the horizontal frame and extending along a front-back direction, while maintaining a relative positional relationship between the pair of vertical frames and the horizontal frame.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UNIVERSAL TIRE DRESSING APPLICATION
Systems and methods disclosed are directed to receiving an image; performing an analysis on the image via one or more algorithms; generating tire and rim data based on an outcome of the analysis; transmitting one or more instructions including actuation of an end effector that is configured to apply tire dressing to a tire; and actuating an end effector that is configured to apply the tire dressing to the tire in accordance with the one or more instructions.
Printing apparatus and printing method
A printing apparatus includes a carrying platform on which a substrate is placed, a cartridge configured to store and supply ink, and a print head configured to atomize the ink into ink droplets and deposit the ink droplets on a printing region of the substrate.
Texturizing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound
A method of texturing a wall or ceiling with non-acoustical joint compound by providing a collapsible bag having an opening at its top and is adapted to contain non-acoustical joint compound for forming a textured coating on the wall or ceiling and providing a spray nozzle having a low pressure input port, a joint compound suction port attached to the opening at the top of the collapsible bag, and an output port for spraying the non-acoustical joint compound. A low pressure stream of air from an air gun attached to the low pressure input port urges a small quantity of the non-acoustical joint compound to be sprayed out of the spray nozzle when the bottom of the collapsible disposable bag is raised above its top to either allow or force the joint compound to flow into the suction port and into the interior of the spray nozzle.
SHOWER HEAD AND METHOD OF OPERATION TO PRODUCE A SUSPENSION OF WATER DROPLETS IN AIR
A shower head is supplied with an annular airflow which surrounds a column of water travelling through a chamber to produce a suspension of water droplets in air, the diameter and length of the chamber and the diameter of the water column are selected in combination with the fluid flow parameters to operate the shower within a defined parameter space corresponding to the non-axisymmetric Rayleigh breakup regime, where the water column remains intact and spaced apart from the chamber wall for the entire length Lc of the chamber, where the airflow perturbs the water column within the chamber causing it to disintegrate into droplets downstream of the chamber outlet, and where multiple chambers are moulded on non-parallel axes with elastomeric linings facilitating withdrawal of the mould tool.
Spraying Apparatus
Spraying apparatus enabling large-volume generation of particles minute to a Brownian-motion engendering level. The spraying apparatus includes an atomization tank, an atomizing device, a blower, an atomization unit furnished with a liquid-level sensor for measuring liquid level in the atomization tank, a tank unit for supplying liquid formulation to the atomization tank, and a control unit for controlling supply of the liquid formulation from the tank unit to the atomization tank. If the liquid level measured by the liquid-level sensor falls below a predetermined first level h.sub.1, the control unit starts supply of the liquid formulation from the tank unit to the atomization tank, and if the liquid level measured by the liquid-level sensor reaches a predetermined second level h.sub.2 higher than the first level h.sub.1, the control unit halts supply of the liquid formulation from the tank unit to the atomization tank.
Spray gun alignment for precision application of container coatings
A spray gun alignment system precisely aligns a spray gun of a container spray machine for precision application of container coatings. The spray gun alignment system generates a spray gun alignment jig including a container holder adapter and a spray gun adapter. The container holder adapter is inserted into a container holder of the spray machine, and the spray gun adapter is fastened to the spray gun. The spray gun alignment jig is configured to position the spray gun in proper alignment with respect to the container holder.
MIXING VALVE ASSEMBLY HAVING AN ATOMIZING SPRAY TIP
A valve including a feed mechanism, a mixing element operably connected to the feed mechanism, wherein the feed mechanism delivers at least two fluids to the mixing element, the at least two fluids being mixed in the mixing element, and an air cap disposed proximate an outlet of the mixing element to atomize the mixed fluids exiting the outlet of the mixing element, is provided. Furthermore, an associated method is also provided.
