The device includes a powering unit, at least one air compressor for providing compressed air, a disinfectant bottle for storing liquid disinfectants, and at least two nozzle assemblies. Each nozzle assembly includes an electrically actuated valve, a connector, and at least three nozzles. The compressed air flows from the compressor to the valve, to the connector, and to the nozzles to form droplets of disinfectants. The nozzles are provided on upper surfaces of the body such that the nozzles point away from the respective side surfaces for spraying the disinfectants onto objects located on the two opposing sides of the aisle.
Atomizing nozzle and atomizing device comprising same
An atomizing device including an atomizing nozzle is disclosed. The atomizing nozzle includes a spray head and an atomizing nozzle body. The spray head is arranged in the atomizing nozzle body. A through hole in the spray head and a liquid through hole in the atomizing nozzle body form a liquid channel used for delivering liquid. An airtight air channel used for delivering a spiral air flow formed by air is formed in the surface of the spray head and intersects with the liquid channel at an end, provided with the through hole, of the spray head. An air flow is sprayed out via the air channel outside of the sprayer head to form a spiral vortex, so that a siphon suction force is generated to suck liquid in the liquid channel.
PROCESSING SYSTEM, PROCESSING METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
According to one embodiment, a processing system includes a chamber, a supplier, a detector, and a controller. The chamber is configured to store a processing object inside. The supplier is configured to supply a plurality of particles and a gas inside the chamber. The detector is configured to detect a state of air flow in a vicinity of the processing object. The controller is configured to control the supplier based on a detection value from the detector. The controller determines generation of a vortex based on data regarding a steady state of the air flow and the detection value from the detector, and controls the supplier to stop supply of the plurality of particles when the generation of the vortex is determined.
Air treatment appliance
An air treatment system is provided which includes an appliance and a replaceable cartridge installable therein. The replaceable cartridge contains a liquid compound to be aerosolized and has a cartridge outlet through which the aerosolized compound is discharged during operation. A pump is provided to supply air to the replaceable cartridge to generate the aerosolized compound from the liquid compound contained in the replaceable cartridge, and a controller is provided for controlling the pump to supply the air to the replaceable cartridge to generate and discharge the aerosolized compound from the appliance. The appliance may further include a lift mechanism to assist in receiving the cartridge and moving the cartridge from a loading position to an operational position. The appliance may also communicate with a smartphone or other external device to provide additional functionality.
ATOMIZING NOZZLE AND ATOMIZING DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
An atomizing nozzle and an atomizing device comprising the same are disclosed. The atomizing nozzle comprises a spray head and an atomizing nozzle body.
Concentrated cleaning capsule and dispenser for dispensing cleaning solution therefrom
In an example embodiment, a dispenser for dispensing cleaning solution from a capsule is provided. The dispenser comprises a handle, a base, and a dispensing pipette extending from the nozzle into the base. The handle comprises a nozzle, a trigger, a lever, the dispensing pipette, and a capsule chamber. The base comprises a reservoir portion configured for receiving cleaning solution from the capsule. The handle is configured to be secured to the base. When the capsule is positioned within the capsule chamber and the lever is moved from an open position to a closed position, the cleaning solution is provided to the reservoir portion. When the capsule is positioned within the capsule chamber, the handle is secured to the base, and the trigger is activated, the cleaning solution is dispensed from the reservoir portion through the dispensing pipette and out of the nozzle.
INDUSTRIAL PAN GREASING SYSTEM
A greasing system comprising a lubricant; pressurized air; a spray nozzle assembly in communication with the lubricant and the pressurized air having a spray nozzle manifold that further includes a valve bar assembly having a lubricant reservoir in communication with the lubricant; a plurality of proportional solenoid valves in communication with the lubricant reservoir; a plurality of lubricant passages in communication with the proportional solenoid valves; a plurality air passages in communication with the source of pressurized air; and a plurality of valves positioned in-line between the pressurized air and each air passage; and a nozzle bar assembly detachably connected to the valve bar assembly that further includes lubricant passages in communication with the lubricant passages in the valve bar assembly; air passages in communication with the air passages in the valve bar assembly; chambers in communication with corresponding lubricant passages in the nozzle bar assembly and corresponding air passages in the nozzle bar assembly, wherein lubricant is deposited in each chamber through the lubricant passage; and a spray nozzle in communication with each chamber, wherein the pressurized air is used to propel droplets of lubricant from the nozzle.
