INJECTION DEVICE AND COMPONENTS THEREOF
Disclosed are an injection device and a method of using the same. The injection device includes an injection drive assembly including a pneumatic piston chamber, dose chamber, pneumatic piston slidably positioned in the pneumatic piston chamber and an injectate piston slidably positioned in the dose chamber. The injection drive assembly is configured so that any energy resulting from an application of force to the injection drive assembly is instantaneously available for the initiation of injection. In another aspect, the injection device includes separate respective resilient members for each of the pistons that are configured to position each piston in their respective pre-injection positions. In still another aspect, the injection device includes a valve assembly configured to provide pressurized fluid to the pneumatic piston chamber. The rate of the movement of the valve between open and closed positions is independent of control by a user of the injection device.
Battery operated dispenser
A battery-operated dispenser includes a shell with a moveable slider for extending a barrel of the dispenser to allow targeted application of a fluid or product from a container to which the dispenser is attached.
Resilient fluid housing
A high pressure capable fluid sprayer includes a piston pump, a main pump housing, and a spray tip. The piston pump has a piston disposed to pump a fluid. The spray tip has an outlet aperture configured to atomize and spray the fluid. The main pump housing is formed of compliant plastic and rated for at least 1600 psi, defines a main pump chamber surrounding the piston, and is disposed to receive fluid from a fluid source.
Paint sprayer floating pump
A fluid sprayer includes a pump motor, a piston, a pump housing, and an outer housing. The piston is reciprocatable by the pump motor. The pump housing comprises a pump chamber housing disposed to receive the piston, and a plurality of alignment pins extending laterally away from the pump chamber housing. The outer housing surround and anchors the pump motor, and has a plurality of internal lateral bores disposed to slideably receive and retain the alignment pins, such that the pump housing is free to self-align with the piston.
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE AND PUMP
An electrically powered, portable fluid dispenser that includes a main housing and extendable wand that when used in conjunction with an electric motor, a self-feeding tentacle pumping spinning element, tentacle feed tube, and focusable vibrating backstops, is able to pump, atomize, and dispense, low and high viscosity fluid with controlled directionality and droplet size.
Integrated Pump Pressure Washer
An integrated pressure washer is disclosed. The integrated pressure washer has an engine. At the bottom of the engine is an engine bottom cover. The engine bottom cover has a recess formed by a cylindrical wall that extends up from a base of the engine bottom cover. The pressure washer also has a pump assembly. The pump assembly is attached to the engine bottom cover and extends into the recess. The pump assembly receives water and applies pressure to the water and directs the pressurized water out a high pressure hose.
Environmentally safe insect control system
Disclosed herein is an insect control system that involves injection of hot liquid (e.g. water or other ecologically suitable liquid) into a mound or nest of target insects. The system includes a tank, a heating component, a hose, a pump and an injector component. The system may further include an actuator to control release of hot liquid through the injector component as well as components to keep the operator safe from hot liquid. Typically, the tank will hold a volume of liquid and the system heats the liquid to about 150 F. or more.
Spray gun cups, receptacles, and methods of use
A spray gun cup receptacle is disclosed comprising an open end for receiving a liner within a cavity and a base end opposite the open end. The sidewall comprises at least one aperture through which the cavity is visible from outside the spray gun cup receptacle. The apertures are divided one above the other by a brace member, at least a portion of which is disposed at a brace member angle relative to the base plane. Also disclosed are receptacles comprising one or more tactile feedback members positioned adjacent an aperture.
Spray gun cups, receptacles, and methods of use
A spray gun cup receptacle is disclosed comprising an open end for receiving a liner within a cavity and a base end opposite the open end. The base end is positionable with respect to a work surface with the open end facing upwards such that a base plane passing through the base end is parallel to the work surface. A sidewall surrounds the cavity and connects the open end to the base end. The sidewall comprises two apertures through which the cavity is visible from outside the spray gun cup receptacle. The two apertures are divided one above the other by a brace member, at least a portion of which is disposed at a brace member angle relative to the base plane.
HOSE ADAPTER FOR A PAINT SPRAYER
An adapter connectable to a paint sprayer includes a body, a first connector, and a second connector. The first connector is positioned on a first end of the body. The first connector is removably connectable to the paint sprayer. The second connector is positioned on a second end of the body. The second end is opposite the first end. The second connector is configured for connecting to a fluid source.
