An embodiment of a line-of-sight coating fixture includes a support structure, a spindle, and a shadow structure. The support structure includes a plurality of compartments disposed below a platter, each compartment having an opening on a periphery of the support structure. Each compartment is adapted to receive and secure a base of a workpiece such that a body of each workpiece to be coated is disposed about a periphery of the support structure and extends above the platter. The spindle is disposed through a center of the platter or support structure for rotating the workpieces thereabout. The shadow structure is disposed about the spindle, inside of the periphery, the shadow structure sized and adapted to shield a portion of each workpiece from line-of-sight coating material.

The apparatus is comprised of a belt having a plurality of apertures extending there through that are effective to communicate a vacuum pressure from an inner surface of the belt to a contacting surface of the belt. The vacuum pressure secures and adheres the article to the contacting surface of the belt as the belt conveys the article. The vacuum pressure is distributed along the inner surface of the belt by a vacuum chamber, which is between a compression roller and a second roller.

The present invention provides an adhesive layer coating unit configured to continuously apply an adhesive layer having a first width in a longitudinal direction of a first separator. The adhesive layer coating unit comprises: a transfer roller configured to support a bottom surface of the first separator and transfer the first separator; a discharge roller configured to transfer the first separator, which has passed through the transfer roller, in conjunction with the transfer roller while supporting a top surface of the first separator, wherein a coating groove having the first width and a closed curve shape is formed in a circumferential surface of the discharge roller; and a coating member configured to inject an adhesive into a space between the discharge roller and the top surface of the first separator which has passed through the transfer roller.

As the adhesive flows in the coating groove of the discharge roller, the adhesive layer having the first width is continuously applied on the top surface of the first separator.

A dispensing handle device is disclosed comprising a handle housing having an internal reservoir in which a water boil is prepared to temperatures that clean and, according to the guidelines of governmental health organizations, effectively disinfect surfaces in a post-pandemic world. Moreover, governmental health organizations caution against potentially harmful “chemical” disinfectants or natural products that may not kill microorganisms and therefore are ineffective. Further, the handle applicator has a passageway through which the water boil is dispensed; and a base plate member having an applicator surface on one side and attachable at an opposite side to the handle housing. Integrally formed with the base plate member is a valve comprising a lever and a plurality of torsion spring members, which pressure a sealing end of the lever against the handle housing, whereby sealing the water boil passageway to discharge the water boil in a controlled manner.

MATERIAL COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A material coating system for an apparatus having a housing configured to contain a fluid is disclosed herein. A multi-layer coating is applied to the housing to mitigate damage caused by external factors. The multi-layer coating includes: a layer of a primer coating having anti-corrosive properties, a layer of a mid coating having mechanical and chemical properties capable of at least partially closing a hole in the housing to avoid fluid leakage and optionally a layer of a top coating having properties that resist ultraviolet radiation from passing therethrough.
