Rotary dispensing tank
A dispensing system for a rotary dispensing machine includes a tank, a fill tube, and a piston that moves along the fill tube and defines an air chamber and a fluid chamber within the tank. The tank is rotatable relative to the fill tube. A fluid is dispensed from the fluid chamber of the tank through at least one outlet formed in the tank.
AIR PRESSURE CONTROL IN A HOT MELT LIQUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
Systems and methods for air pressure control in a hot melt liquid dispensing system are described. An example hot melt liquid dispensing system includes a pump that pumps hot melt liquid to an applicator. The hot melt liquid dispensing system also includes an air flow path that supplies pressurized air to the pump and an electronic pressure sensor associated with the air flow path. The hot melt liquid dispensing system also includes a controller that receives an electronic signal from the electronic pressure sensor indicative of an air pressure in the air flow path and causes adjustment to the air pressure in the air flow path based on the electronic signal from the electronic pressure sensor.
Coating Device
A coating device for supplying a liquid to a substrate, particularly in the form of an optionally printed web, foil, strip or sheet, comprises a reservoir for holding a quantity of liquid. Coating means are provided which are able and configured to take liquid from the reservoir and transfer it to the substrate. Supply means deliver the liquid into the reservoir during operation. The supply means are controllable and are able to lead a constant liquid flow into the reservoir. The reservoir is provided with level detecting means which are able and configured to detect a liquid level in the reservoir. Provided between the level detecting means and the coating means is a control which controls the coating means during operation on the basis of a detection (LS) of the liquid level in the reservoir in order to maintain the liquid level at a fixed value.
SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
Each of branch pipes has an internal space into which an atmosphere flows from a main pipe. A downstream damper is provided on the downstream side of an upstream damper in each of the branch pipes, and opens/closes the branch pipe. An upstream switching member switches a state of an upstream space between a state where the upstream space permits an inflow of an external atmosphere and a state where the upstream space prohibits the inflow of the external atmosphere. A downstream switching member switches a state of a downstream space between a state where the downstream space permits an inflow of the external atmosphere and a state where the downstream space prohibits the inflow of the external atmosphere.
SUPPLY DEVICE AND SUPPLY SYSTEM
A supply device includes a collect tank which collects a process liquid from a substrate processing device and heats the collected liquid, and a supply tank connected to the collect tank and which supplies, to the substrate processing device, the process liquid heated in the collect tank. The collect tank includes a collect container that stores the process liquid, a first dividing plate that divides the collect container into a first region where the process liquid is introduced from the substrate processing device, and a second region that introduces the process liquid to the supply tank, piping that feeds, to the second region, the process liquid introduced in the first region, a first heater provided on a path through the piping and which heats the process liquid, and feed piping that feeds, to the supply tank, the process liquid in the second region and heated by the first heater.
PAINTING METHOD AND PAINTING APPARATUS FOR BAND MATERIAL
A painting method and a painting apparatus for a band material that prevent a printing defect during a long-time operation by preventing agglomeration and adhesion of a thixotropic paint in a paint pan is disclosed. The liquid paint is discharged to the paint pan as a jet flow from a level lower than a liquid surface of a paint basin toward a bottom of the paint pan, thereby creating a bottom flow along the bottom of the paint pan and an upward vortex from the bottom along a side wall of the paint pan. The liquid paint overflows in an amount corresponding to a supplied amount to the paint pan from a front upper edge of the paint pan in a flowing direction of the bottom flow, thereby flowing the liquid paint continuously in the paint pan toward the front upper edge.
SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS
The inventive concept provides a substrate treating apparatus. The substrate treating apparatus includes a head unit configured to discharge an ink to a substrate; a supply unit configured to supply the ink to the head unit and including a reservoir having an inner space; and a pressure adjusting unit configured to adjust a pressure of the inner space, and wherein the pressure adjusting unit comprises: a first pressure adjusting unit; and a second pressure adjusting unit in which a size for changing a pressure of the inner space per unit time is greater than the first pressure adjusting unit.
DISPENSING APPARATUS, MOVABLE MEMBER, CIRCULATION CONTROL METHOD
A dispensing apparatus includes: a storage unit including a first flow path, a second flow path, and a third flow path; and a movable member including a first part, and a second part. The first part and the second part are formed in a long shape, and the second part is formed such that a cross-section crossing the longitudinal direction is smaller than that of the first part.
COATING DIE AND COATING DEVICE
A coating die includes a manifold, a supply port, a discharge port, a supply passage, and a discharge passage. The manifold, the discharge passage, and the discharge port are longer in a first direction, and an outline of the manifold viewed from a second direction includes a first outline part to which the discharge passage is connected and also includes a second outline part located opposite the first outline part. The second outline part includes a first taper part tilted to be closer to the first outline part toward an end of the manifold. When the dimension in the first direction from a connection part at which the supply passage is connected in the manifold to the end is set to 1, dimension ratio of the first taper part in the first direction is 0.4 or less.
