An adhesive coating device includes two adhesive barrels, lower ends of the two adhesive barrels are both connected to an adhesive coating assembly. The adhesive coating assembly includes an upper substrate having two mounting holes, lower ports of the two adhesive barrels passing through the two mounting holes respectively; a lower substrate detachably mounted at a lower side of the upper substrate. An adhesive receiving space is formed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and an adhesive coating track is provided on the lower substrate at a position corresponding to the adhesive receiving space, the adhesive coating track is a slit extending through an upper side and a lower side of the lower substrate, and the shape and size of the adhesive coating track match with the shape and size of an adhesive coating track required by a product to be coated with adhesive.
ADJUSTABLE FLUID NOZZLE AND APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
Various embodiments of a fluid nozzle are disclosed. The nozzle includes a tube having a fluid passageway that extends between an aperture disposed in a first end of the tube and an inlet disposed in a second end of the tube, and a notch disposed in a sidewall of the tube. The notch defines a shield portion of the sidewall of the tube. The fluid nozzle further includes a cap rotatably connected to the tube and disposed over the aperture and the notch of the tube. When the nozzle is in a first orientation the cap is rotated relative to the tube such that an outlet of the cap includes a maximum open area. When the nozzle is in a second orientation the shield portion of the tube occludes a portion of the outlet of the cap such that the outlet includes a minimum open area.
Applicator for Applying Material Near the Edges of a Vehicle Door
A dispensing head for a supply tube that enables material to be evenly applied adjacent to the peripheral edge of a thin structure, such as a vehicle door. The dispensing head has a first end with a first opening and a second end with a discharge opening. A guide extends from the second end. The guide includes a descending element and a lateral foot element, wherein the bottom surface of the second end, the descending element, and the lateral foot element define three sides of an open gap space. The dispensing head is attached to a supply tube. The thin structure is positioned within the guide. The hook shaped guide positions the discharge opening a set distance from the application surface on the thin structure. The guide is moved along the peripheral edge where the material can be dispensed evenly at a set distance from the peripheral edge.
DEVICE AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING EDGE PROTECTION COATINGS
A device for applying at least one coating material to a substrate surface. The device includes a flexible base plate having a toothing which is mounted on at least one side of the flexible base plate as a toothed side, a channel which is arranged parallel to the toothed side, and at least one sealing lip which is arranged on a side of the channel which faces away from the toothed side.
ADHESIVE RIBBON MIX HEAD WITH ATTACHMENT FOR MIX APPLICATOR
An apparatus (10) for use in dispensing adhesive (18) is provided that has a mix applicator (12) that has a receiving portion (16) and a mix applicator bore (14) through which adhesive can flow. A mix head (20) is present that has a mix head bore (26) that extends through the mix head. The mix applicator is receivable within the mix head such that the receiving portion is located within the mix head. Adhesive can be dispensed in a ribbon shape from the mix head bore at a distal tip of the mix head. A lock member is configured for extending through at least a portion of the mix head, and engages the mix applicator when the receiving portion is located within the mix head in order to retain the mix head onto the mix applicator.
CAULK RESHAPING TOOL
A device for scraping caulk is adapted to be used with a caulk gun. The device includes a base plate having a central void and an elongated portion extending from the base plate along an axis perpendicular to the base plate. The device can be fitted between a caulk tube and a caulk gun to allow the application of caulk and the scraping/reshaping of the caulk in a single run. The device can include different replacement tips useful for different applications and different desired results.
Surface repair tool
A surface repair tool for repairing defects in surfaces includes a handle with an applicator blade extending from one end of the handle and a sanding device extending from the opposite end of the handle. The handle includes a receptacle into which is removably received a container of repair compound. The applicator blade includes an application surface and a flow passage that has an inlet and an orifice formed through the application surface. Squeezing the container causes repair compound in the container to flow through the flow passage of the applicator blade and out of the orifice where it is dispensed onto the applicator surface to be spread on a surface needing repair. Once the repair compound dries, the sanding device is used to sand the repair compound to a desire finish.
Sealant discharge nozzle and sealant discharge apparatus
An object is to suppress a variation in amount of a sealant that is applied on an object to be sealed. There is provided a sealant discharge nozzle configured such that a sealant from a cartridge is discharged from a discharge hole of the sealant discharge nozzle. The sealant discharge nozzle has a leading end portion comprising a pair of side wall portions; and a connecting wall portion configured to connect the pair of side wall portions with each other and provided in cooperation with the pair of side wall portions to form a first recess that is open on one side in a first direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the sealant discharge nozzle, and on a leading end side. The discharge hole has an opening formed on a first recess side of the connecting wall portion.
GUIDE FOR A SEALANT APPLICATOR NOZZLE
A guide for a sealant applicator nozzle. The guide can include a base portion couplable to the sealant applicator nozzle, and a bearing element having a bearing surface. At least a portion of the bearing surface can face the sealant applicator nozzle, and a lateral distance between the bearing surface and the sealant applicator nozzle can be variable. The bearing element may be rotatable with respect to the base portion, and may be eccentrically rotatable with respect to a central longitudinal axis of the bearing element. The guide can include a post coupled to the base portion and the bearing. The guide can further include an aperture defined in the base portion, the sealant applicator nozzle being receivable within the aperture.
