Provided are an apparatus (1) for dispensing viscous fluid and a method for dispensing viscous fluid with the same. The apparatus (1) comprises: a support structure (2) adapted to receive a plurality of cartridges (41, 42); and a plurality of push rods (31, 32) and a transmission means (7) that are mounted to the support structure (2), each push rod being configured to be translatable in a longitudinal direction thereof. The transmission means (7) is configured to receive a driving force from a power source and transmit the driving force to the plurality of push rods (31, 32) at different transmission ratios so as to translate the plurality of push rods at different speeds.
Lowering mechanism for hand held jacking tool
A lowering mechanism for a hand held jacking tool comprises a caulking gun jacking mechanism. The lowering mechanism comprises a lowering plate on top of the holding plate, a pushing lever connected with a hinge attachment to the lowering plate at a rear end, wherein the pushing lever is pivoting around a pivot structure connected to the lever or holding plate a distance backward from the hinge attachment, causing the lowering plate to grip the jacking shaft when the lever is pushed downwards and then, in turn, pushing the holding plate downwards and loosening it from the jacking shaft and moving it down along the jacking shaft a distance determined by the pivoting action of the lever. The lowering plate is held in place by a spring biasing the lowering plate towards the holding plate.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID
A method, computer program product, and apparatus for receiving, at a fluid dispensing apparatus, a control signal, wherein the control signal may be received from a base station, wherein the control signal, when received, may cause the fluid dispensing apparatus to perform operations. The operations may include generating a positive pressure within a fluid cartridge of the fluid dispensing apparatus by adjusting, via a motor of the fluid dispensing apparatus, a drive rod and piston of the fluid dispensing apparatus in a first direction relative to the fluid cartridge to dispense fluid in the fluid cartridge via a nozzle of the fluid dispensing apparatus. The operations may include generating a negative pressure within the fluid cartridge by adjusting, via the motor, the drive rod and piston in a second direction relative to the fluid cartridge to draw fluid into the fluid cartridge via the nozzle.
FLOWABLE MATERIAL DISPENSER
A flowable material dispenser including a barrel defining a cylindrical interior volume for holding a flexible material bag containing a flowable material. A nozzle is attached to the first end of the barrel for discharging the flowable material through a nozzle hole; and a closure is disposed on the second end. A center nut disposed on the closure holds a threaded drive rod threadably and rotatably inserted in the center nut. The drive rod includes an inner end and an outer end. Drive structure for imparting rotational forces to the drive rod moves the drive rod reciprocally and axially within the cylindrical interior volume of the barrel to twist and wring out flowable material contained within the flexible material bag.
POWER OPERATED DISPENSING TOOL
A power operated dispensing tool includes a housing having a material packing receiving space, and a rod disposed within and movable relative to the housing and having a plunger head that is disposed in the material packing receiving space. The rod is operably coupled to a power transmitting mechanism so as to make a forward movement driven by a power of a motor through the power transmitting mechanism to discharge a dispensing material in the material packing receiving space. The rod has an initiating portion disposed to actuate a sensing member in the housing to deactivate the motor when the rod is moved forwardly to a first stop position. The rod can be moved manually to a second stop position to project the plunger head outwardly so as to permit a plunger kit to be attached thereto.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IMPROVED DISPENSING CONTROL DURING PLACEMENT OF VISCOUS MATERIAL
A resiliently deformable member for use in an apparatus for dispensing a viscous material from a container, such as an apparatus consisting of a container for holding the viscous material and a dispensing gun. The resiliently deformable member has a relaxed state and a compressed state. In use, the resiliently deformable member applies a force between the container and the dispensing gun to modulate the flow of the material from the container.
GLUE GUN
A glue gun, including: a main body with one end formed as an accommodation part for accommodating a glue cylinder; a fixed handle connected to another end of the main body; a movable handle pivotally connected to the fixed handle; a push rod with one end located in the accommodation part; a brake provided on the push rod; and a movable member provided on the main body, where the movable member is configured to lock the brake, so as to continuously apply a force on the glue cylinder, and release the brake to release the force applied by the brake on the glue cylinder.
FLUID CONTAINER PRESS AND METHOD
A fluid container press including a receptacle for a fluid container, a pressing device for pressing the fluid container and for locking the fluid container in the receptacle, a carrying handle, and a stabilizing handle with which the fluid container press can be gripped and stabilized with a second hand of the user while the user grips the carrying handle with his first hand. The fluid container press includes an actuating element operable by the user to release the locking of the fluid container in the receptacle so that the fluid container can be removed from the receptacle, in which the stabilizing handle is the actuating element or the actuating element is arranged in the region of the stabilizing handle so that the user can actuate the actuating element with his second hand while the user grips the stabilizing handle with his second hand.
Caulking gun
A caulking gun for dispensing material includes a stock, a cartridge keep, a push rod longitudinally moveably mounted in the stock with one end having a plunger engaging a cartridge piston in the cartridge keep, a catch on the rod, a trigger coupled to the catch via an axle and pivoting about a pivot point, and a device for varying thrust output exerted on the rod when pressing the trigger for a given strength exerted on the trigger that allows axle displacement between at least first and second positions. The trigger has an upper part with a trigger bridge with two long holes. The thrust output varying device includes a ratio bridge element put over the trigger bridge and trigger and linked to the trigger bridge via the axle traversing the holes. By displacing the axle either between fixed values or continuously and the thrust output can be varied between fixed values or continuously.
Electric glue gun
An electric glue gun includes a housing, a glue tube holder arranged at a front end of the housing, and a push rod disposed on the housing and moveable forward and rearward relative to the glue tube holder. A control board, a main switch, an electric motor and a transmission mechanism are provided inside the housing. The main switch is electrically connected to the control board for controlling power on/off, the electric motor is electrically connected to the control board to drive the push rod to move forward or rearward via the transmission mechanism. The electric glue gun further includes a sensor switch for facilitating control of a forward/rearward movement stroke of the push rod, and the sensor switch is electrically connected to the control board, such that the control board determines whether the push rod is moved to a limit position based on information feedback from the sensor switch.
