The present invention provides a plunger (20) for a dispenser, the plunger including a large diameter body portion (23) provided with ring-shaped contact surfaces (24, 25) that contact an inner wall surface of a syringe, a rear opening (26) formed in a backside of the large diameter body portion (23), and a small diameter body portion (22) provided with a front opening (28), wherein the front opening (28) is formed in a size allowing a liquid material to be directly pressed by pressurized air, and allowing at least the plunger (20) to move following a fall in water head position, which is caused with discharge and consumption of the liquid material. With those features, the liquid material can be prevented from adhering to the inner wall surface of the syringe, and the liquid material in the syringe can be prevented from flowing backwards.

Apparatus and a method for the application of resin along one or more crease lines
An apparatus and method for application of a line of resin along a crease line of a garment for increasing the life of the crease line. The apparatus in one embodiment allows a simultaneous application of lines of resin along respective crease lines of one or more garments to provide an increase in productivity. The apparatus and method allows the operation of a source of a pressurised fluid source used in dispensing of the resin from one or more cartridges held on mounting apparatus to be achieved by an operator's hand which, at the same time, is used to hold gripping portion on the mounting apparatus to move the cartridges and mounting apparatus with respect to the crease line to apply the resin.
Apparatus and a method for the application of resin along one or more crease lines
An apparatus and method for application of a line of resin along a crease line of a garment for increasing the life of the crease line. The apparatus in one embodiment allows a simultaneous application of lines of resin along respective crease lines of one or more garments to provide an increase in productivity. The apparatus and method allows the operation of a source of a pressurised fluid source used in dispensing of the resin from one or more cartridges held on mounting apparatus to be achieved by an operator's hand which, at the same time, is used to hold gripping portion on the mounting apparatus to move the cartridges and mounting apparatus with respect to the crease line to apply the resin.
DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH CONTROLLED DELIVERY AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A fluid dispensing system includes a housing, an inertial measurement unit supported by the housing and operable to sense linear and rotational acceleration of the housing, a nozzle supported by the housing operable to expel a fluid, a pressure source in fluid communication with the housing and the nozzle and operable to pressurize the fluid, a valve positioned fluidically upstream from the nozzle and operable to regulate fluid flow to the nozzle, and a controller in operable to receive an application value relating to a predetermined volume of fluid to be applied to a surface of an article, to receive movement data relating to the linear and rotational acceleration of the housing sensed by the inertial measurement unit, and to regulate the valve based on the movement data and the application value.
DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH CONTROLLED DELIVERY AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A fluid dispensing system includes a housing, an inertial measurement unit supported by the housing and operable to sense linear and rotational acceleration of the housing, a nozzle supported by the housing operable to expel a fluid, a pressure source in fluid communication with the housing and the nozzle and operable to pressurize the fluid, a valve positioned fluidically upstream from the nozzle and operable to regulate fluid flow to the nozzle, and a controller in operable to receive an application value relating to a predetermined volume of fluid to be applied to a surface of an article, to receive movement data relating to the linear and rotational acceleration of the housing sensed by the inertial measurement unit, and to regulate the valve based on the movement data and the application value.
COMPOUND APPLICATOR
A compound applicator includes a nozzle assembly including a nozzle opening and a plug movable relative to the nozzle opening between a first position in which the nozzle assembly is in a closed state, and a second position in which the nozzle assembly is in an open state, a spring configured to bias the plug into the first position, a cylinder configured to receive and store a compound material, a main housing, a handle rotatable relative to the main housing, a pull rod having a first end coupled with the plug, and an input mechanism located at least partially within the handle and/or the main housing and configured to convert rotational motion of the handle into axial movement of the pull rod, thereby moving the plug from the first position toward the second position. The spring pulls the pull rod such that the pull rod is biased into tension.
DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A delivery system is provided that includes a device having a body extending along a longitudinal axis between proximal and distal ends. The body includes a proximal chamber, a distal chamber and a wall between the chambers. The body includes a first port in communication with the proximal chamber and a second port in communication with the distal chamber. A shaft is movably positioned within the body. The shaft extends through the wall and includes a proximal plunger positioned within the proximal chamber and a distal plunger positioned within the distal chamber. Pressure introduced through an opening in the proximal end moves the shaft such that the proximal plunger moves a fluid within the proximal chamber out of the first port and the distal plunger moves a fluid within the distal chamber out of the second port to simultaneously actuate a bone filler dispenser. Systems and methods are also provided.
