SEALANT DISPENSING SYSTEM
The following disclosure relates to portable systems for dispensing crack sealant and associated devices and methods. The systems and methods described herein may overcome operational inconveniences exhibited by existing systems and may facilitate the operation of such systems. In one embodiment, a walk-behind sealant dispensing system comprises a housing, a kettle disposed inside the housing for holding and dispensing sealant, and a poppet valve actuatable between a closed state and an open state to selectively cause sealant to be dispensed from the kettle. The poppet valve includes a valve body and a flange extending outwardly from the valve body. The flange includes a fastener hole formed therethrough. The poppet valve is attached to the housing via a fastener extending through the fastener hole and engaged with the housing.
Hot melt glue gun having needle valve
A hand-held hot melt glue gun having a melt chamber, a needle and a nozzle that is movable with respect to the needle to open or close a discharge port in fluid communication with the melt chamber. A spring closure urges the needle and nozzle toward relative positions to close the discharge port. An opening element moves the nozzle with respect to the needle to open the discharge port, and a trigger mechanism is provided for advancing solid glue into the melt chamber and for operating the opening element. A time delay mechanism provides a time delay between the opening of the discharge port and advancement of glue into the melt chamber.
VALVE TYPE NOZZLE AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A valve type nozzle controls discharge of liquid by opening and closing an discharge port by a valve element, the discharge port being configured to discharge the liquid, and the valve element being formed movably by applying a predetermined voltage to a piezoelectric element, whereby when the predetermined voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element, the valve element moves in a direction where the moving mechanism opens the discharge port when the piezoelectric element extends. This allows the liquid to be discharged. Further, when the application of the voltage to the piezoelectric element is released, the moving mechanism returns to an original shape, by which the valve element closes the discharge port is closed to prevent the discharge of the liquid.
Liquid material ejector
The liquid material ejector has a liquid material supply port through which the liquid material is supplied, a nozzle for ejecting the liquid material, a valve block having a metering bore to be filled with the ejected liquid material and a liquid material supply channel communicating with the liquid material supply port, a selector valve having a first channel for allowing communication between the metering bore and the liquid material supply channel and a second channel for allowing communication between the metering bore and the nozzle, a plunger advancing and retracting in the metering bore, a plunger driving section for driving the plunger, a valve driving section for driving the selector valve, and a transmission section for transmitting driving power from the valve driving section to the selector valve. The plunger driving section, the valve driving section, and the valve block are arranged successively in the longitudinal direction.
RECIPROCATING GLUE DISPENSER DISPENSING SWITCH AND DOUBLE LIQUID DISPENSING EQUIPMENT WITH THE SAME
A reciprocating glue dispenser dispensing switch includes a switching device main body, a needle holding base, a sliding wear-resistant plate, and a driving device. The switching device main body is equipped with a double liquid inlet, the needle holding base is equipped with a mixed glue outlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate is installed between the switching device main body and the needle holding base, and the sliding wear-resistant plate is equipped with a sliding wear-resistant plate opening. The driving device is utilized to move the sliding wear-resistant plate. A mixed double-liquid glue passes through the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet to dispense a mixed double-liquid glue while the double liquid inlet, the sliding wear-resistant plate opening and the glue outlet are overlapped. In addition, a double liquid dispensing equipment is also disclosed herein.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF FILLING GROOVES
The present disclosure pertains to a deposition system, a method and use of such system for filling a groove provided into surface of a workpiece with a printable medium, in particular a highly viscous paste. The system includes a deposition head that includes a first deposition chamber that extends to a first orifice. The orifice is reversibly closed off between at least two shutter elements. In some embodiments the system is a dual chamber system, each chamber having a reversible closable orifice. The system is arranged to maintain a flush physical relationship between the workpiece and the terminal ends of the shutter elements, so as to, upon application of a working pressure, fill the groove.
Methods for delivering glutinous substance to workpiece from end-effector
A method of delivering a glutinous substance to a workpiece from an end-effector comprises using the end-effector to position an applicator relative to the workpiece. The method also comprises urging the glutinous substance from the end-effector through a first channel of a body of the applicator from an inlet of the first channel toward an outlet of the first channel. The method additionally comprises selectively operating an actuator of the applicator to regulate a rate, at which the glutinous substance flows through the first channel of the body of the applicator, responsive to, at least in part, output received from a sensor of the applicator.
Disposable sealant fluid path assembly
One general aspect includes a liquid dispenser with a mount having a mount aperture. A liquid flow path assembly is removably secured to the mount and has an inlet configured to receive liquid, an outlet configured to dispense liquid and a passageway fluidly coupling the inlet to the outlet. A third aperture apart from the inlet and the outlet is fluidly coupled to the passageway and forming a valve guide. The liquid flow path assembly is disposed on the mount to align the third aperture with the mount aperture. An elongated valve has a valve stem guided by the valve guide and extends through the third aperture and the mount aperture. A latch assembly secures the liquid flow path assembly to the mount.
FLUID METERING SYSTEM UTILIZING A ROTATABLE SHAFT
A dispensing apparatus for dispensing a fluid includes a dispenser body having a fluid chamber that receives the fluid, an outlet disposed on the dispenser body and that fluidly communicates with the fluid chamber, and a shaft disposed within the fluid chamber. The shaft at least partially defines a variable passage for the fluid to move therethrough from the fluid chamber to the outlet. The dispensing apparatus transitions between a plurality of dispensing configurations, and the variable passage is defined to have a different dimension for each of the plurality of dispensing configurations.
