Application device for coating components with a coating agent
An application device for coating components with a coating agent includes: a print head having several individual nozzles for discharging the coating agent; and a nozzle valve attached to each individual nozzle, each nozzle valve being openable for a valve opening time to discharge the coating agent from the respective nozzle. Each nozzle valve is assigned in each case a nozzle valve supply line, which nozzle valve supply line, at an outlet opening thereof, supplies the coating agent to the respective nozzle valve. Each nozzle valve supply line has an inlet opening to be closed or shut off such that a quantity of the coating agent that is metered in a defined manner or a volume of the coating agent that is metered in a defined manner is receivable in a closed off manner within the nozzle valve supply line.
Preform coating device
A preform coating device is provided with: a plurality of rotational holding parts that horizontally hold a preform; a conveyance part that conveys the preform by moving the plurality of rotational holding parts, the plurality of rotational holding parts being disposed at a predetermined interval along the conveyance route of the conveyance part; and a dispenser that discharges a coating liquid toward the preform. The dispenser has: a head including a mechanism for feeding the coating liquid; and a plurality of nozzles that are in fluid communication with the head and that each include a slot for discharging the coating liquid. The plurality of nozzles are disposed at a predetermined interval along the conveyance route. The interval between the plurality of nozzles is equal to the interval between the plurality of rotational holding parts.
Reversible non-contact adhesive applicator dispenser
A liquid dispenser. The dispenser includes reversible modular components to define selective removability and rearrangement between them and a base structure such that one or more sheets of a passing liquid-receiving substrate may receive such liquid through interchangeable liquid-dispensing orientations. The removability features include tool-free operation to facilitate quick insertion and removal of the modular components that include at least a liquid-dispensing valve assembly and a seal that is selectively engageable with the valve assembly to protect liquid-dispensing nozzles of the valve assembly from becoming clogged with residual dried liquid during periods of inactivity of the liquid dispenser. Selective movable cooperation or attachment between the modules—as well as between the modules and the base structure—facilitates flexible configurations of the dispenser, including top-down and bottom-up liquid-dispensing orientations.
Inkjet application device and device for manufacturing battery
Provided is an inkjet application device (1) including a distribution flow path for the liquid material, the distribution flow path including a first flow channel (4) configured to supply the liquid material pumped with a pump (2) to a supply tank (3) and a second flow channel (6) configured to supply the liquid material in the supply tank (3) to the inkjet head (5), wherein the supply tank (3) accommodates a filter (40), which is configured to allow the particles in the liquid material to pass therethrough without allowing air bubbles in the liquid material, which are generated by the pumping of the pump (2), to pass therethrough.
NOZZLE, ADHESIVE APPLICATION HEAD, ADHESIVE APPLICATION APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MAKING DIAPER
A nozzle includes a pattern shim having a plurality of first slits and a plurality of second slits, an adhesive shim having a plurality of first holes, a gas shim, a head body having an adhesive outlet and an adhesive distribution groove communicating with the adhesive outlet, and a face plate. Adhesive ejection ports are formed at openings of the plurality of first slits, and gas discharge ports are formed at openings of a plurality of second slits in such a manner that the gas discharge ports are located on both sides of each of the adhesive ejection ports. The plurality of first holes communicate with the adhesive distribution groove. The plurality of first holes are formed in such a manner that distances of the first holes from the corresponding discharge ejection ports become shorter as distances of the corresponding first holes from the adhesive outlet become longer.
PROCESSES AND TOOLING ASSOCIATED WITH COATING APPLICATION
A drench system includes a rotating mount to rotate a workpiece, a showerhead to dispense a fluid onto the workpiece; and a tray to collect the fluid and recirculate the fluid to the shower. A method of repairing or remanufacturing a coating includes abrading a surface to at least partially remove a portion of a coating to leave an abraded surface; applying a sol-gel over the abraded surface; applying a corrosion resistant primer onto the sol-gel; and applying an erosion coating onto the corrosion resistant primer.
GAS SUPPLY UNIT AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
Provided is an apparatus for processing a substrate. The substrate processing apparatus includes: a processing unit processing a substrate; and a gas supply unit supplying gas to the processing unit, in which the gas supply unit includes a first housing having a first internal space which is in fluid communication with a processing space of the processing unit, a second housing disposed in the first internal space, and having a second internal space which is in fluid communication with the first internal space, and a gas supply duct supplying the gas to the second internal space.
Apparatus for applying adhesive to stretchable members and stretchable composite sheet
A stretchable composite sheet, wherein pleat-free regions where no pleats are formed are formed between a plurality of pleat formation regions, the sheet being made by a method, wherein non-continuous coating sections are set so as to correspond to form the plurality of pleat formation regions, and non-coating sections are set so as to correspond to form the pleat-free regions, and an intermittent coating is performed on stretchable elastic members (rubber threads). An apparatus for non-continuously and intermittently applying a hot-melt adhesive comprises an intermittent coating unit, which includes a hot-melt supply control device having a valve mechanism and a coating head having slit grooves in which coating areas are formed, and a non-continuous coating unit, which vertically vibrates rubber threads, passing through the coating areas, between a coating position and a non-coating position.
MODULE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A VISCOUS MEDIUM TO A SURFACE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE MODULE
The invention relates to a method and to a module (I) for applying a viscous medium (19), in particular an adhesive or lacquer, to a surface (16) wherein the module (I) comprises a reservoir (2) that can be fed with the viscous medium (19), wherein the outer surface (4) of the module (I) comprises an outlet region (5) for the viscous medium (19), wherein the module (I) comprises at least one nozzle channel (6) which fluidly connects the reservoir (2) to the outlet region (5), wherein a smallest diameter (dmin) of the at least one nozzle channel (6) is smaller than 0.8 mm and wherein the module (I) does not comprise any movable parts for closing the at least one nozzle channel (6).
