Stamps including a self-assembled block copolymer material, and related methods
Methods for fabricating stamps and systems for patterning a substrate, and devices resulting from those methods are provided.
SANITARY EQUIPMENT PART
A part includes a base material, a colored layer, an intermediate layer, and a water-repellent-surface layer. The colored layer contains 35 at % to 99 at % of C, 0 at % to less than 40 at % of Cr, 0 at % to less than 15 at % of N, and more than 0 at % to less than 15 at % of O. The intermediate layer contains at least one metal atom selected from Cr, Zr, and Si; and an oxygen atom. The intermediate layer exhibits a sputtering time of 0.5 minutes or more to 9 minutes or less
SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD, ANTI-STATIC AGENT, AND HYDROPHILIZING TREATMENT AGENT
To provide a surface treatment method for hydrophilizing a surface of a treatment target and preventing charging by a simple and easy method and an anti-static agent. The present invention provides a surface treatment method. The method comprises an anti-static treatment step of coating a treatment target with an anti-static agent comprising an electrolyte (e1), a hydrophilic polymer (a) and water, and having electrical conductivity of 15 mS/m or more to obtain a coated film (A), drying the coated film (A) to obtain an anti-static layer, and a hydrophilizing treatment step of coating the anti-static layer with a hydrophilizing treatment agent comprising a hydrophilic polymer (b) and an alcohol to obtain a coated film (B), and drying the coated film (B), followed by rinsing thereof.
PREVENTING FOULING OF CRUDE OIL EQUIPMENT
A uniform oleophobic or oleo- and hydrophobic film is applied to equipment used in the petroleum industry. The methods can be applied to new equipment or equipment pulled from service, with the application process being performed in a controlled environment or the field. Applicator tools for efficient delivery and application of cleaners, solvents, and films used in the coating process are also described.
Method for cleaning and coating a tip of a test probe utilized in a test system for an integrated circuit package
A method for cleaning and coating a tip of a test probe in an integrated circuit package test system is provided. The method includes 1) saturating a brush tip comprising nonporous bristles with a solution of phosphonic acid; 2) applying the solution of phosphonic acid to the tip of the test probe with the brush tip to coat the tip of the test probe with the solution of phosphonic acid; and 3) allowing the solution of phosphonic acid to dry on the tip of the test probe and form a self-assembled monolayer of phosphonates thereon.
STAMPS INCLUDING A SELF-ASSEMBLED BLOCK COPOLYMER MATERIAL, AND RELATED METHODS
Methods for fabricating stamps and systems for patterning a substrate, and devices resulting from those methods are provided.

Method for producing an anode for a lithium metal secondary battery including a MXene thin film
A method for producing an anode for a lithium metal secondary battery includes coating a thin film comprised of Nb.sub.2C, Ti.sub.2C or Ti.sub.3C.sub.2 on a substrate; providing a lithium metal electrode; and laminating the thin film to a surface of the lithium metal electrode. Coating is accomplished by providing a dispersion of a powder comprising Nb.sub.2C, Ti.sub.2C or Ti.sub.3C.sub.2; and coating the dispersion on the substrate by Langmuir-Blodgett scooping (LBS). The method may further include, prior to providing the dispersion, obtaining the powder by etching a MAX phase structure represented by Formula 1, Formula 2 or Formula 3 below:
Nb.sub.2AC(1);
Ti.sub.2AC(2); and
Ti.sub.3AC.sub.2(3), where A is a metal selected from among Group IIIA elements, Group IVA elements, Cd, and combinations thereof. The method may further include, after laminating the thin film, removing the substrate from the thin film.
