MECHANICAL SEPARATION DEVICE WITH SCREEN WASHING SYSTEM
A mechanical separation device optionally includes one or more of a housing, a screen a rotary assembly, one or more wash bars and a plurality of nozzles. The screen can be positioned within the housing to separate at least a portion of the liquid medium from the solids. The rotary assembly can be within the housing and can be configured to move the solids and the liquid medium along an axial length of the housing toward the discharge outlet. The one or more wash bars can be within the housing and can be positioned adjacent the screen. The plurality of nozzles can be spaced along the one or more wash bars. The he one or more wash bars can be configured to receive a wash fluid and the plurality of nozzles configured to discharge the wash fluid against the screen.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE, CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM, AND, ELECTRODE MATERIAL
An electrode material containing active material powder is prepared. Dry classification of the electrode material is performed by a classifier. An electrode is manufactured by using the electrode material subjected to the dry classification. The classifier includes a mesh screen, a blade, and a motor. Breakage of the mesh screen is detected by monitoring either or both of an operation sound of the classifier and torque of the motor. The electrode material contained in the classifier will no longer be used for manufacturing of the electrode when breakage of the mesh screen is detected.

WASTE TREATMENT DEVICE AND RELATED MOUNTING METHOD
A waste treatment device for separating recyclable material from other waste comprising: —a first substantially cylindrical cavity inside which the waste to be treated is introduced; —a shaft, rotating about its axis, in the centre of the cylindrical cavity; —screening meshes which separate the cylindrical cavity from a second underlying cavity inside which waste material is collected; —hammers attached at a first end to the shaft so as to be able to rotate in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the shaft. The hammers are provided with a respective scraper terminating in an edge remaining directed in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft and projecting longitudinally beyond the end of the hammer so as to pass at a nominal minimum distance from the screening mesh. A related mounting method for a waste treatment device is also disclosed.
