METHOD OF MAINTAINING GRATE OF GRINDING MILL AND MAINTENANCE ARRANGEMENT
A method of maintaining a grate of a grinding mill, the method comprising the steps of gripping a worn rotable segment comprising at least one grate support element provided with a mounting flange at the outer perimeter of the grate support element configured to mount the grate support element to a shell of the grinding mill, and at least one grate panel attached to the grate support element. The method further comprises unmounting, from the outside of the grinding mill, the mounting flange of the grate support element from the shell of the grinding mill, and lifting the unmounted worn rotable segment from the grinding mill.
Method and Sieve System for Screening Material
A sieve system includes a sieve for screening material by selectively passing first particles and not passing second particles of the material based on respective dimensions of the particles relative to dimensions of screening apertures in the sieve. A holding container feeds material to the sieve and a fines container receives the first particles screened by the sieve. A first fines container load is measured at a first time, and a second fines container load is measured at a second time. A fines rate is determined by a rate of change of the fines container load based on the measured first and second fines container loads and the first and second times. An operating condition of the sieve system is based on the fines rate and may provide an indication that the operation of the sieve, another component, or the sieve system as a whole is acceptable or unacceptable.
System, apparatus and/or method for repairing sifting and/or filtering screens using plugs with a mesh layer
System, method and/or apparatus repairs an area of damaged mesh in a sifter screen (80). Such sifter screens (80) have woven wire mesh (81) stretched, tensioned and/or secured over a supporting frame (85) having cells (82). Damage occurs to the mesh (81) over certain cells (82). A plug (10) having a mesh layer (14) inserts and/or locks into place in the damaged cell (89). The mesh layer (14) of the plug (10) is flush with the mesh (81) on the sifting screen (80). Ridges (62) and/or ledges (66) secure the plug (10) in place by engaging a lip (96) in the damaged cell (89) to snap-fit the plug (10) in place.
REUSABLE MATERIAL HANDLING DISC FOR RECOVERYY AND SEPARATION OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
A disc assembly with a substantially rigid disc core includes a first section removably attached to a second section and mounted to a disc screen shaft. The disc core includes a transport surface extending between a left side of the disc core and a right side of the disc core, and a replaceable coating of textured wear material is deposited along the transport surface.
Separating screen conveyor
A separating screen conveyor for sorting a material into fractions having different distributions of a property of the particles or items. The conveyor screen has a row of shafts mutually spaced in a conveying direction, each shaft carrying a row of axially spaced discs for intermittently urging material on the sorting conveyor upward and in the conveying direction. The discs are releasably clamped to the shafts which have strips oriented in longitudinal direction of the shafts on circumferential surfaces of the shafts. The strips have toothed surfaces. Openings of the discs each have a recess closely fitting to the strips and teeth in engagement with the teeth of the toothed surfaces of the strips. The pitch of the teeth of the strips is smaller than the maximum widths of the discs in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
REPLACEABLE GRIZZLY SCREEN MEMBER TIPS
A grizzly screen member assembly with a replaceable tip end. The grizzly screen member assembly comprises an elongate base member and a replaceable tip member coupled removably coupled to the replaceable tip member. The elongate base member may be coupled to a panel and assembled into a grizzly feeder system or coupled to the grizzly feeder system itself.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMBINING MODULAR REPAIR PLUGS
An apparatus and methods secure modular repair plugs to one another to repair different sized cells of a screen. A modular repair plug is configured to attach to another modular repair plug to create an extended modular repair plug. The modular repair plug can fit within a first, smaller cell, and the extended modular repair plug can fit within a larger second cell.
Screen Break Detector
A method for determining a screen break may include obtaining a fluid stream after a screening system in a drilling process; placing the fluid stream into a screen break detector; obtaining a pressure within a well of the screen break detector when the screening system is in a first state; obtaining a pressure within the well of the screen break detector when the screening system is in a second state; determining a differential pressure within the well of the screen break detector obtained when the screening system is in the second state compared to the pressure when the screen break is in the first state; and transmitting a notification to an operator when the pressure within the screen break detector obtained when the screening system is in the second state is greater than the pressure within the screen break detector when the screening system is in the first state.

Monitoring systems and methods for screening system
Systems and methods associated with screening systems are provided. In one example implementation, a screening system has a plurality of screen panels. Each of the screen panels define a screening surface with one or more apertures configured to separate material. The system includes a panel node associated with each of the plurality of screen panels. The system includes a controller node associated with the screening system. The controller node is operable to communicate with each panel node. Each panel node can include one or more sensing elements. The panel node further comprises a communication circuit configured to wirelessly communicate information to the controller node.
