Tension screened assembly
A disclosed screen assembly includes a frame and a tensioned molded polyurethane screen attached to the frame. The frame has a perimeter that is a circle, square, rectangle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, or other multi-sided polygon, and the screen may have similarly shaped apertures. The frame includes a support grid structure bounded by the perimeter and the screen may either be attached only to the perimeter of the frame, or may be attached to the perimeter of the frame and to one or more locations of the support grid structure. The screen may include uniaxial or biaxial reinforcement members that are integrally molded with the screen, and the tensioned screen may include tension along a direction that is parallel to, or perpendicular to, a direction of the reinforcement members. A disclosed method includes applying tension to a molded polyurethane screen and attaching the tensioned molded polyurethane screen to the frame.
Screen cloths
A screen cloth for use in a screening device for screening out oversize objects, including oil sands lumps and rocks present in an oil sands slurry is provided, comprising at least one screen segment having a top surface and having a plurality of openings therein; and a plurality of anti-wear tiles attached to the top surface of the at least one screen segment by brazing; whereby each anti-wear tile is separated from an adjacent anti-wear tile by a gap that is about 0.5 mm or less such that a brazing material used to attach the anti-wear tiles to the at least one support structure fills the gap between each anti-wear tile through capillary action thereby connecting each anti-wear tile to its adjacent anti-wear tile.
SCREEN GRATING
The invention relates to a screen grating for size-dependent separation of bulk materials, comprising a plurality of grating bars (2) spaced apart one alongside another, which form a screen surface (1) and which have a smaller dimension in the width direction (y), which runs parallel to the screen surface (1) and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (x) of the screen grating bars (2), than in the height direction (z), wherein the height direction (z) is perpendicular to the screen surface (1) and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (x) of the grating bars (2). To prevent clogging, it is provided that the cross section of the grating bars (2) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (x) tapers down with increasing distance from the screen surface (1) in a first portion (9) of the grating bars (2) that adjoins the screen surface (1) such that, in this height region, the width of a gap between two grating bars (2) expands in the height direction, and that the grating bars (2) are arranged parallel to one another, more particularly in the conveyance direction of the bulk material.
Screening for classifying a material
A screening or screen for use in classifying material. The screening includes a plurality of warp screening elements. Preferably, the plurality of warp screening elements is a plurality of warp wires. The plurality of warp screening elements includes a first warp screening element having a plurality of horizontal undulations. The plurality of warp screening elements further includes a second warp screening element. Preferably, one of the first warp screening element and the second warp screening element is a shaped wire having two substantially flat sidewalls. At least one retaining member is operably associated with the plurality of warp screening elements to form an integral screen segment having a plurality of openings for permitting material to be classified to pass through the openings. The first warp screening element has a cross-sectional height or shape different from the cross-sectional height or shape of the second warp screening element.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC IMAGES
A method for efficiently producing a toner for developing electrostatic images, which contains very few coarse particles and having excellent printing characteristics. The method can comprise a sieving step of removing coarse particles from colored resin particles by, using an air flow, suppling the colored resin particles to a sieve, wherein a metal mesh laminate comprising at least two metal meshes attached to each other by sintering, the metal meshes being different in opening size, is used as the sieve; wherein the metal meshes of the metal mesh laminate are laminated in order of opening size and, of the metal meshes constituting the metal mesh laminate, one having a smallest opening size is disposed on a side of supplying the colored resin particles; and wherein the opening size of the metal mesh having the smallest opening size is in a range of from 32 to 110 μm.
Separation device and fiber body deposition apparatus
A separation device includes a rotating member that has a mesh having a first surface and a second surface in a front and back relationship and a protruding member provided on the first surface side of the mesh, a supply unit that supplies a material containing a fiber onto the first surface of the mesh, a suction unit that is provided on the second surface side of the mesh and configured to suck a part of the material supplied onto the first surface, and a collection unit that collects the material deposited on the first surface.
Dispenser
A system, a cartridge and a dispensing valve for eliminating a drift or sag in BCDMH output from an inline dispensing valve containing a dispensing cartridge mountable within the inline dispensing valve with the dispensing cartridge containing a batch of water erodible cluster inhibiting BCDMH particles to provide a linear output flow of BCDMH which is responsive to flow of water though a cartridge in the dispensing valve and a method of obtaining a linear output in a dispensing system by increasing the size of particles in a dispensing cartridge in the system.
Dirt Screening Bucket Attachment Device
The present invention relates generally to a dirt screening bucket attachment device for use with an existing bucket of a skid steer, or other similar type of earth-moving machinery. More specifically, the device can be readily attached/detached to the existing bucket of the skid steer to allow a user to quickly and efficiently screen dirt, topsoil and other materials for rocks, roots and other unwanted debris by moving and articulating the bucket of the skid steer with the attachment attached thereto and in an engaged position. In addition, the attachment device may be easily articulated from a position that covers said bucket to a position above said bucket (i.e., thereby leaving the bucket opening exposed) via a hydraulic system that allows a user to utilize the full functionality of the bucket without interference from the bucket attachment device.
Snap in screen and method
A method of installing a vibratory shaker screen in a vibratory shaker, including placing a first end of the vibratory shaker screen in a retainer, wherein the retainer is one of attached and a component of the vibratory shaker; pivoting a second end of the vibratory shaker screen toward a screen installation position on the vibratory shaker, deflecting a tab on one of the vibratory shaker screen and the vibratory shaker through contact of the vibratory shaker screen to another retainer of the vibratory shaker, and connecting the vibratory shaker screen to the vibratory shaker, where the tab fixedly connects the vibratory shaker screen to the vibratory shaker.
