The invention also relates to a screening system including a plurality of screening panels and a supporting frame.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING TRAY

An additive manufacturing process which comprises carrying out an additive manufacturing build process to create a build cake. The build cake comprises a build object and non-solidified build material and the build object is built in a build location within the build cake. The build cake is supported on a tray which comprises a mesh having openings therethrough. The tray also includes an object region and a restraining feature to restrain a build object within the object region. The process comprises performing a decake operation in which non-solidified build material from the build cake passes through the openings of the mesh and the object moves into contact with the tray in the object region so that the object is restrained within the object region of the tray by the restraining feature.

Screening apparatus with improved screen media
11607708 · 2023-03-21 · ·

A screening apparatus comprising a body, a drive system for imparting vibrations to the body, and screen media that is coupled to the body by a resilient coupling mechanism that allows oscillatory movement of the screen media with respect to the body. In response to vibration of the body, the resilient coupling mechanism causes the screen media to oscillate in a manner that is amplified with respect to the vibration of the body. The amplification may depend on the frequency of the vibrations of the body and/or on the mass of any material gathered on the screen media.

FASTENING OF SCREENING MEDIA TO SCREENING EQUIPMENT

A sleeve and pin combination for fastening of one or more screening media elements to a corresponding attachment socket of a screening equipment, a screening media element for co-operation with the sleeve and pin combination, an arrangement for fastening of one or more screening media elements to corresponding attachment sockets of a screening equipment, and a method for fastening of one or more screening media elements to corresponding attachment sockets of a screening equipment and also a screening equipment for separating solid materials according to size is provided.

Screen panel locking system

A screening apparatus includes a plurality of spaced apart parallel beams and a plurality of screen panels mounted to the beams to form a planar screening surface. The panels are mounted to the beams by fixing members that extend in the longitudinal direction of the beams and that engage side edges of the panels. The fixing members have a pair of upstanding, longitudinal rails that are spaced apart to define a longitudinal gap between them and the panels are mounted to the beams by engagement between side edges of each panel with a rail of a fixing member. The side edges of each panel include an overhang that overlies an upper end of each rail and that extends into the gap between the rails. The rails and the overhang include locating gaps to receive a locking member to locate panels relative to the fixing members.

Side Tensioning System for Retaining Screen Media in a Vibrating-Type Screening Machine
20170291193 · 2017-10-12 ·

The present invention relates to side tensioning assemblies for retaining screen media to the side plates of a vibrating-type screening machine. The side tensioning assembly includes a tensioning rail and at least one angle box mountable to a side plate. At least one bolt assembly provided for fastening the tensioning rail to the side plate and to angle box. Bolt assembly is provided with is a shoulder bolt that is secured to a terminal end of the bolt. The angle box includes an aperture sized to allow the bolt assembly passage therethrough, and a movable plate with a cutout. The cutout is sized larger than the bolt but smaller than a nut. The movable plate has a bolt-securing position and a bolt-releasing position to allow access to the aperture in the angle box such that the bolt assembly can be detached from the angle box without being disassembled.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for systems, apparatuses, and methods of securing screen assemblies. Embodiments include a system having a compression assembly with a compression pin and a pin assembly having a pin. The compression assembly may be attached to a first wall member of a vibratory screening machine and the pin assembly may be attached to a second wall member of the vibratory screening machine opposite the first wall member such that the compression assembly is configured to assert a force against a first side portion of a screen assembly and drive a second side portion of the screen assembly against the pin of the pin assembly. The pin assembly may include a pin that is internally or externally mounted and that is adjustable and/or replaceable.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FOLDING A SCREEN FOR USE WITH A SCREEN TENSIONING SYSTEM
20170282216 · 2017-10-05 ·

An apparatus, a system and a method for reinforcing a screen has a screen rod assembly extending from a first end to a second end. The screen rod assembly encloses an interior. A spring-loaded plunger is located in the interior and adjusts the length of the screen rod assembly. A ball joint is on the screen rod and defines sections of the screen rod assembly that bend around the ball joint to reduce the length of the screen rod. A sleeve extends from a screen with segments separated by a fold line extending along a width of the screen. The sleeve receives the screen rod assembly to reinforce the screen. In an embodiment, a screen pinch assembly is defined where the sleeve engages a retention clasp of a screen tensioning system that receives the screen. The screen pinch assembly holds the screen in place.
