Mobile mineral material processing station
A mobile mineral material processing station has a mobile platform having tracks or wheels or a skids for supporting or forming a body that supports in line, in a transport configuration: a feed conveyor; a screen frame and a multi-layer screen; first and second exit conveyors; and a third exit conveyor on top of the first and second exit conveyors. The first exit conveyor turns from a transport position, under the third exit conveyor, to a first operation direction, onto a first side of the station, for operating the station, and back. The second exit conveyor turns from a transport position, under the third exit conveyor, to a second operation direction onto a second side of the station, opposite to the first side, and back.
Glass wool cutting device and method for manufacturing glass wool pellet using the same
The present invention provides a glass wool cutting device. The device includes a cutting section housing that has a cutting section chamber, a feed port that is connected to the cutting section chamber, and a discharge port that is connected to the cutting section chamber. A stationary knife is disposed on the cutting section housing to protrude into the cutting section chamber and a movable cutter that has a rotary support body is disposed in the cutting section chamber and a movable knife is supported on the rotary support body to apply a shearing force to the glass wool together with the stationary knife. Additionally, a cutter actuator provides a driving force to the rotary support body.
MOBILE MULTI-DECK SCREENING APPARATUS PILE CONTROL
A mobile multi-deck screening apparatus receives material for screening with a feeder of the apparatus. A first screen deck receives and screens material from the feed. A second screen deck receives an undersize fraction of the first screen deck. First and second discharge conveyors output oversize fractions of the first and second screen decks. The first and second discharge conveyors pivot to operate in directions selected between a first direction and a second direction. The first direction is forward. The second direction differs from the first direction. One or both of the first and second discharge conveyors is/are pivotable from one side to an opposite side of the apparatus. Oversize fraction material of the first screen deck and oversize fraction material of the second screen deck are selectively discharged in a common pile.
SCREEN ASSEMBLY FOR A VIBRATING SCREENING MACHINE
According to one aspect there is provided a screen assembly for a vibrating screening machine. The screen assembly comprises a screen chassis and a screen for screening material such as a solution containing liquid and solids. The screen chassis comprises a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, the screen chassis defining a plurality of openings therethrough from the first face to the second face for allowing passage of a material that has been screened. The screen is attached to the first face of the screen chassis and covering the openings of the screen chassis at the first face. The screen chassis may be made of a light-weight, stiff material. The screen may be made of a durable material such as metal. A method for making a screen assembly is also provided.
AUTOMATED OBJECT-SORTING APPARATUS
An object-sorting apparatus includes a housing that extends from a top end to a bottom end, at least one vibration element, and a plurality of stages arranged in a vertical sequence in the housing between the top end and the bottom end. At least one of the stages includes a sorting base that at least partially defines a floor of the at least one stage. The sorting base is coupled to the at least one vibration element, and is configured to receive thereon a mixture of objects having different sizes, including a target size associated with the at least one stage. The stage also includes apertures defined in and extending through the sorting base and into flow communication with a next lower stage. The apertures are sized to receive therethrough, from the mixture, objects having a size smaller than the target size associated with the at least one stage.
A DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FEED FOR LIVESTOCK
The invention relates to a device for determining particle size distribution in a bulk material, such as milled or grinded grain for animal feed. The device comprises an inlet for receiving at least a portion of the bulk material, a sorting mechanism for sorting the received bulk material. Said sorting mechanism comprises at least a first sorting device for sorting said received bulk material into at least two sorted partitions wherein the sorting device are capable of sorting different particle sizes and said at least two sorted partitions have different particle sizes. The invention further comprises a motor or actuator for vibrating said sorting device, a weighing system with at least one sensor for weighing the at least two sorted partitions sorted by said sorting mechanism and a data output for generating output data indicative of a weight of the at least two sorted partitions, so as to allow calculation of the particle size distribution in the bulk material received in the inlet and thus provide information regarding the particle size composition of the milled or grinded grain.
VIBRATING SCREENING FEEDER AND METHOD OF USE
A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky “moisture laden bulk solids” which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.
Apparatus and method for sorting modular building blocks
A modular building block sorter comprising: a housing having at least two sides and a base and at least one perforated surface adapted to selectively engage with said at least two sides of said housing, wherein said base comprises a first portion and a second portion and wherein said base is other than substantially planar. In some embodiments the base can include one or more discontinuities.
AIR COOLED SIFTING DEVICE
A sifter insert for use in a sifting device has an insert frame and a screening media affixed thereto. An insert frame air channel is located within the insert frame. The sifter insert is sized to be received in a sifter box frame of an associated sifter box. The sifter box frame has a box frame air channel in fluid communication with the insert box frame channel of the received sifter insert. The passage of air through the box frame air channel and the insert frame air channel may cool the sifter box and the insert frame, and may cool the screening media and the material being sifted thereon. Channel holes in the insert frame may direct air from the insert frame air channel to the screening surface of the screening media.
