DISINFECTING-WIPES PACKAGE
A package has a container formed with a dispensing opening and a supply of nonwoven disinfecting wipes in the container. The wipes are made of fibers containing lignin and impregnated with a disinfectant solution having at least two liquid components. A lignin content of the nonwoven wipes is between 0.02 g/m.sup.2 and 1 g/m.sup.2 and/or the disinfectant solution contains a dye. Thus if at least a part of one of the wipes is overexposed to air, it will change color as oxidized lignin and/or dye collects in it.

According to one embodiment, provided is a substrate cleaning apparatus including: a cleaning member configured to clean a substrate; a plate having a horizontal plane provided with a hole; and a pressing mechanism configured to press the cleaning member vertically downward against the plate, wherein the hole penetrates the plate, and a liquid discharged from the cleaning member is discharged below via the hole, whereby absorption of the liquid discharged from the cleaning member into the cleaning member is suppressed.

According to one embodiment, provided is a substrate cleaning apparatus including: a cleaning member configured to clean a substrate; a plate having a horizontal plane provided with a hole; and a pressing mechanism configured to press the cleaning member vertically downward against the plate, wherein the hole penetrates the plate, and a liquid discharged from the cleaning member is discharged below via the hole, whereby absorption of the liquid discharged from the cleaning member into the cleaning member is suppressed.
Cleaning device
The present disclosure discloses a cleaning device, including a frame and a multi-channel adapter, where a water tank, a water pump, and a motor pump assembly are mounted on the frame; and the multi-channel adapter is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The water inlet includes a first water inlet, a second water inlet, and a third water inlet. A water outlet joint of the water tank is connected to the first water inlet. The water pump is connected to the second water inlet, and the motor pump assembly is connected to the third water inlet and the water outlet. According to the present disclosure, a battery life and a cleaning effect of the cleaning device are improved, a requirement for an outdoor cleaning operation can be met, and convenience of water fetching is improved, thereby enhancing work experience of a user.

SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING METHOD
A substrate processing apparatus includes a substrate holder, a first cleaning body, a first moving mechanism, a second cleaning body, a second moving mechanism, and a controller. The first cleaning body cleans one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder by ejecting fluid thereto or by coming into contact therewith. The second cleaning body cleans the other one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder by coming into contact therewith. The controller controls the first moving mechanism and the second moving mechanism to perform a both-surface cleaning processing in which the first cleaning body which ejects the fluid to one surface or is in contact with the upper surface and the second cleaning body which is in contact with the lower surface are horizontally moved in synchronization with each other.
