A system and method including one or more conduits, a pump system, and a controller. The conduits are fluidly coupled with a cooling device that is operably coupled with an engine to cool at least a portion of exhaust from the engine. The pump system pumps a cleaning fluid from a cleaning fluid source through the one or more conduits and into a flow path of a portion of the exhaust from the engine while the engine continues to operate. The controller monitors operation of the engine and determines whether the engine is operating in a designated state. The controller controls the pump system to pump the cleaning fluid into the flow path of a portion the exhaust from the engine to clean the cooling device while the engine operates in the designated state and the exhaust flows from the engine and through the cooling device.

Disclosed herein is a method of automatically cleaning boiler pipes. The provision of a pipe-cleaning tank on one side of a casing to store a cleaning solution therein and a tank supply valve in the pipe-cleaning tank allows the cleaning solution stored in the pipe-cleaning tank to automatically flow into a heat exchanger and various pipes inside the casing by means of only a simple operation of manipulating the tank supply valve, thereby making it easy to eliminate scale that has accumulated in the heat exchanger and the pipes.

A method of cleaning and sterilizing a drink filling apparatus that includes drink supply piping that feeds a drink sterilized in a heating sterilization part into a filling machine includes performing a cleaning in place (CIP), in which a cleaner is circulated in the drink supply piping to remove a drink residue or the like on an interior of the drink supply piping, raising a temperature of the cleaner to a temperature required for a sterilizing in place (SIP), which is performed in succession to the CIP to sterilize the interior of the drink supply piping, from an early stage or middle stage of the CIP, then performing the SIP for the interior of the drink supply piping, and washing the cleaner away with aseptic water heated and sterilized in the heating sterilization part.

The external liner comprises first braiding and is disposed along a longitudinal length of the hose. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. The present disclosure comprises a high-pressure chamber configured to secure the food injection needle and seal around the needle such that fluid enters the needle through an inlet of the high-pressure chamber and exits the needle through a waste line.
