Pressurized cleaning apparatus comprising a pressure generation unit
In a pressurized cleaning apparatus comprising a pressure generation unit for pressurizing a fluid, in particular for supplying a pressurized fluid via a hose attachment, preferably via a hand-held pistol or a spray nozzle, an operating unit is provided that is designed to make it possible to set a maximum operating pressure of the pressure generation unit at which the pressure generation unit is deactivated.
Onboard wash system
An onboard washing system provides the ability to wash specific areas at the rear of a concrete truck, without requiring an operator to climb a ladder or climb on the truck. Certain specified areas which are traditionally difficult to wash, including the inside of the charge hopper, the interior portions of the discharge chute, and rear portions of the mixing drum structure, can now be washed in an automated and efficient manner. The truck-mounted washing system has components which are specifically positioned to cause washing fluid (water) to be sprayed or directed toward predetermined areas in an efficient and effective manner. The system also includes hand-held washing wands or washing mechanisms, which allow an operator to easily reach additional zones or additional areas at the rear of the truck, which are lower. Most significantly, the truck-mounted wash systems and the hand-held nozzle systems (wand) are all operable while an operator remains on the ground.
Pump unit and handheld high pressure washer
The present invention relates to a pump unit applied to a high-pressure cleaning machine, including: a water inlet chamber, a water outlet chamber, and a central chamber connected to the water inlet chamber and the water outlet chamber. The pump unit further includes a plunger disposed in the central chamber and an eccentric mechanism connected to the plunger. The eccentric mechanism drives the plunger to perform reciprocating motion in the central chamber.
Handheld high-pressure cleaning machine
The present application relates to a high-pressure cleaning machine, comprising: a housing, a motor, a transmission mechanism, a pump, a handle, a detachable rechargeable battery pack and a nozzle, wherein the pump comprises a central chamber, a water inlet, a water outlet and a single plunger, a water inlet chamber connected to the water inlet, and a water outlet chamber connected to the water outlet, and wherein the plunger is disposed in the central chamber and is driven by the motor to perform reciprocating motion in the central chamber; wherein the motor, the transmission mechanism and the pump are located at one end of the handle, and the battery pack is located at the other end of the handle.
Hose reel unit and hose reel assembly comprising a hose reel unit
A hose reel unit for a high-pressure washer has a hose reel and a reel hose arranged in its receptacle. The hose reel is rotatable about an axis of rotation for winding and unwinding the reel hose. The first end of the reel hose is connectable to a supply line and the second end to a washer wand of the high-pressure washer. The hose reel has sidewalls delimiting the receptacle in a direction of the axis of rotation. The first end of the reel hose extends to the first sidewall and is coaxial to the axis of rotation. A guide device arranged between the sidewalls guides the reel hose such that the axis of rotation extends through the reel hose. The guide device is spaced apart form the first end of the reel hose at a support distance measured in a direction of the axis of rotation.
POWDER REMOVAL ENCLOSURE FOR ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURED COMPONENTS
Various embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for removing particulates from the surface of a 3D printed workpiece. Various particular embodiments include a material removal apparatus having: an enclosure having a first inlet and a first outlet; a rotatable platform contained within the enclosure for positioning a 3D printed workpiece having particulate on a surface thereof; a pressurized fluid applicator connected to the first inlet and configured to selectively apply a pressurized fluid to the 3D printed workpiece; a vibration source configured to apply an adjustable vibratory frequency to at least one of the rotatable platform or the 3D printed workpiece; and a material reclamation unit connected to the first outlet configured to collect a material removed from the 3D printed workpiece.
HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING APPLIANCE
A high-pressure cleaning appliance includes a connection for a liquid source, a delivery pump, a motor for driving the delivery pump, a delivery line through which liquid can be delivered from the connection to a spraying-out opening of the delivery line via the delivery pump, and a valve which is arranged in the delivery line. The motor has two operating states. The two operating states include an off state and an on state. The valve has two valve states, wherein the two valve states include a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the valve prevents a flow of liquid through the delivery line. In the open state, the valve allows a flow of liquid through the delivery line. The high-pressure cleaning appliance is structurally configured in such a way that the adjustment of the operating state of the motor is possible only if the valve is in the open state.
ILLUMINATED CAR WASH WAND
A water spray wand comprises an internal water pipe, a spray handle, a compartment for a battery and a light. The spray handle is configured such that when the flow of water is permitted through the spray wand, the electronic communication between the battery compartment and the light is completed, and when the flow of water through the spray wand is interrupted, a timer is activated to interrupt the electronic communication between the battery compartment after a predetermined delay.
Pool chemical injector and method of use
A pool chemical injector includes a chamber to hold a volume of a chemical therein, the chamber having a body with a tapered end; an opening to allow for insertion of the chemical into the chamber; an elongated tube to attach to the tapered end of the body; a valve engaged with the tube and to open and close chemical flow through the elongated tube; and an attachment to secure to an end of the elongated tube through which the chemical flows; the elongated tube and attachment deliver the chemical to a floor of the pool.
Mobile surface maintenance machine with an onboard pressure washer
A mobile surface maintenance machine embodiment includes a mobile body, a solution tank for containing a cleaning fluid, wheels for supporting the mobile body, a maintenance tool(s), an output channel, an electric power source, a first electric motor, and a pressure washer. The pressure washer includes a spray wand, a pressure pump, and a second electric motor. The pressure pump is fluidly coupled to the spray wand and to the solution tank. The pressure pump is configured to pressurize the cleaning fluid supplied to the spray wand. The second electric motor is operatively coupled to and configured to drive the pressure pump. The second electric motor is configured to receive electric power from the electric power source and is commonly powered by the electric power source that provides power to the first electric motor. The second electric motor is separate from the first electric motor.
