CLEANING SYSTEM FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
A cleaning system for an additively manufactured component includes a tank storing a cleaning fluid. A fluid circuit is operably coupled with the tank. A pump is coupled with the fluid circuit. A manifold is configured to receive fluid from the fluid circuit through the pump. At least one of a coupler defined by the manifold or a hose is coupled with the manifold. The at least one of the coupler defined by the manifold or the hose is further configured to couple with said additively manufactured component.
Hydroblasting System
A hydroblaster includes a carriage. A plurality of bearings is rotatably mounted to the carriage at a bottom portion of the carriage. A plurality of legs is mounted to the carriage at the bottom portion of the carriage. The plurality of legs extend downwardly from the bottom portion of the carriage past the plurality of bearings. A fluid conduit is disposed on the carriage at a top portion of the carriage. A first motor is mounted to the carriage at the top portion of the carriage. The first motor is coupled to the fluid conduit such that the first motor is operable to rotate the fluid conduit. A second motor is mounted to the carriage at the top portion of the carriage. The second motor is coupled to a gear positioned at the bottom portion of the carriage such that the second motor is operable to rotate the gear.
CLEANING SYSTEM FOR AN ENGINE EXHAUST COOLER
A system and method including one or more conduits, a pump system, and a controller. The conduits are fluidly coupled with a cooling device that is operably coupled with an engine to cool at least a portion of exhaust from the engine. The pump system pumps a cleaning fluid from a cleaning fluid source through the one or more conduits and into a flow path of a portion of the exhaust from the engine while the engine continues to operate. The controller monitors operation of the engine and determines whether the engine is operating in a designated state. The controller controls the pump system to pump the cleaning fluid into the flow path of a portion the exhaust from the engine to clean the cooling device while the engine operates in the designated state and the exhaust flows from the engine and through the cooling device.
FLOW CELL OF FLOW CYTOMETER AND CLEANING METHOD OF FLOW CELL OF FLOW CYTOMETER
A flow cell of the flow cytometer of the present invention includes: a sample flow path through which a sample fluid containing a sample flows; and a sample fluid supply portion which communicates with an upstream end of the sample flow path in the sample fluid flow direction and supplies the sample fluid to the sample flow path, wherein the sample fluid supply portion includes a plurality of sample opening portions which supply a sample fluid to the sample flow path, a cleaning liquid supply opening portion to which a second tube is connectable and which supplies a cleaning liquid for cleaning the sample fluid supply portion, and a cleaning liquid discharge opening portion to which a first tube is connectable and which discharges the cleaning liquid from the sample fluid supply portion.
STABILIZER REBOILER SALT FOULING ONLINE CLEANING
A method of cleaning a condensate thermosyphon reboiler including modifying a flow rate of a hot oil stream introduced into the tube-side of a first condensate thermosyphon reboiler, modifying a flow rate of a condensate hydrocarbon stream introduced into the shell-side of the first condensate thermosyphon reboiler, and maintaining an operation of the condensate stabilizer system until the value of an overhead temperature of the first condensate thermosyphon reboiler is detected to have been modified from the first overhead temperature to a second overhead temperature. The method further includes modifying the flow rate of the condensate hydrocarbon stream from the second condensate flow rate to the first condensate flow rate, and modifying the flow rate of the hot oil stream from the second hot oil flow rate to the first hot oil flow rate.
System and method for beverage line cleaning
Systems and methods of the invention relate to cleaning a portion of a beverage line of a beverage distribution system based upon a signal received from a remote source. An administrative (also referred to as “admin”) system can manage a cleaning system from a remote location in which a remote signal can drive a cleaning system and at least one or more electric valves within the beverage distribution system. A controller component (local to the beverage distribution system) can receive the remote signal from the admin system, wherein a cleaning system (e.g., via a cleaning line) or a dispensing system (e.g., via a hose) can be selected to enable a cleaning mode or a dispensing mode.
DISPENSING DEVICE
Disclosed is a manual pouring device or belonging, suitable for piercing and emptying a granular material contained in a vacuum-sealed package, including: a tubular body, having a duct for the flow of the material, extending from an inlet opening positioned at a first end of the tubular body to an outlet opening for the granular material, positioned at a second end of the tubular body; and a hollow piercing tool having a distal end ending in a pointed tip, and a widened base at the proximal end thereof, rigidly connected to the body. The device further includes a shoulder serving as a stop, configured to come into contact with the wall of the package to stop the pouring device when the wall is pierced by the piercing tool.
OFFSHORE WIND TURBINE WITH A FLUID SUPPLY ASSEMBLY COMPRISING A CLEANING UNIT
An offshore wind turbine erected in a body of water includes a generator, a foundation, a nacelle, a tower having a first end mounted to the foundation and a second end supporting the nacelle, an electrolytic unit arranged above a water level and electrically powered by the generator to produce hydrogen from an input fluid, in particular water, and a fluid supply assembly for supplying the input fluid from a fluid inlet arranged below the water level to the electrolytic unit by means of a fluid connection, wherein the fluid supply assembly includes a cleaning unit configured to clean a build-up formed along an area extending through the inner part of at least a part of the fluid connection or formed at the fluid inlet.
Use of SiO2 coatings in water-carrying cooling systems
The invention relates to the use of coatings of nanoscale SiO.sub.2 particles in water-carrying cooling systems to prevent abrasive corrosion and depositions as well as to a method for the production of such a coating.
EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR SELF-SERVICE MIXING AND DISPENSING CARBONATED FERMENTED DRINKS FROM CONCENTRATES
An arrangement for brewing and dispensing fermented drinks, primarily beers, by portions using concentrates in a personalized, tailor-made manner that is fit for self-service. The arrangement is fitted with a primary alcohol unit and a secondary alcohol unit, which are suitable for adjusting the alcohol content for each portion and contain an alcohol and water mixture of a fermented liquid, and the controlling part is connected to at least one alcohol adjusting part that is suitable for setting the alcohol content of each portion of beverage.
