A hydroblaster includes a carriage. A plurality of bearings is rotatably mounted to the carriage at a bottom portion of the carriage. A plurality of legs is mounted to the carriage at the bottom portion of the carriage. The plurality of legs extend downwardly from the bottom portion of the carriage past the plurality of bearings. A fluid conduit is disposed on the carriage at a top portion of the carriage. A first motor is mounted to the carriage at the top portion of the carriage. The first motor is coupled to the fluid conduit such that the first motor is operable to rotate the fluid conduit. A second motor is mounted to the carriage at the top portion of the carriage. The second motor is coupled to a gear positioned at the bottom portion of the carriage such that the second motor is operable to rotate the gear.
Cavity Cleaning and Coating System
A cavity cleaning and coating system for safely and efficiently cleaning and coating the interior of a cavity without requiring entry of any workers. The cavity cleaning and coating system generally includes a mount which is coupled with a movable arm of a vehicle. The mount includes an inner plate, which is coupled to the arm, and an outer plate. A shaft is coupled to the outer plate. The mount is adjustable independently of the arm of the vehicle, including outwardly, inwardly, and rotatably. A spray head is connected to the shaft. The spray head is rotatable and includes a dispenser for dispensing fluids. The vehicle is positioned near a cavity to be treated. The mount is adjusted for optimal positioning of the spray head. The spray head is lowered into the cavity to dispense a cleaning fluid and, after the cleaning fluid has dried, a coating fluid.
OFFSHORE WIND TURBINE WITH A FLUID SUPPLY ASSEMBLY COMPRISING A CLEANING UNIT
An offshore wind turbine erected in a body of water includes a generator, a foundation, a nacelle, a tower having a first end mounted to the foundation and a second end supporting the nacelle, an electrolytic unit arranged above a water level and electrically powered by the generator to produce hydrogen from an input fluid, in particular water, and a fluid supply assembly for supplying the input fluid from a fluid inlet arranged below the water level to the electrolytic unit by means of a fluid connection, wherein the fluid supply assembly includes a cleaning unit configured to clean a build-up formed along an area extending through the inner part of at least a part of the fluid connection or formed at the fluid inlet.
HIGH PRESSURE NOZZLE
The present invention relates to a high pressure nozzle (1), comprising a longitudinal housing (11, 12), with an internal channel (15) therein, a nozzle head support shaft (20), which is rotatably arranged partially in the internal channel (15), a rotary nozzle head (30), which is attached to the nozzle head support shaft (20) and arranged outside the housing (11, 12), and an axial bearing seat (40), which is located within the housing (11, 12) and which comprises an axial bearing surface (41) that faces an end surface (22) of he nozzle head support shaft (20). The axial bearing surface (41) and the support shaft end surface (22), during use, cooperate to form an axial bearing for the nozzle head support shaft (20) and the axial bearing seat (40) comprises an axial bore (42) in the axial bearing surface that is aligned concentrically with an axis of rotation of the nozzle.
Lancing safety cap apparatus
The present invention relates to safety caps for lancing procedures, and a method of cleaning piping systems using said safety caps. More particularly, the present invention relates to an improved safety cap for oil and gas well pipes to be cleaned onsite that allows for the cap and lancing tools to be used in hard-to-reach places.
Device for driving a flexible lance
A device for driving a flexible lance for cleaning a heat exchanger duct or the like, includes a frame in which a driving mechanism is arranged for moving this flexible lance in a driving direction in the direction of an outlet opening. The driving mechanism is provided with a clamp member which can be clamped on the flexible lance and which is movable in the frame towards and away from this outlet opening. The clamp member is mounted on an endless drive element. The active part of the endless drive runs parallel to the driving direction. The drive mechanism further comprises at least one non-driven counter roller arranged opposite said clamp member. The lance is clamped between the clamp member and the counter roller.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF CLEANING SUBMERGED STRUCTURES
The present invention relates generally to a method to determine one or more properties in a water storage facility and/or a water treatment facility. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a method to determine one or more chemical and/or physical properties in a water storage facility vessel and/or a water treatment facility vessel and then use such one or more chemical and/or physical properties to determine where, if need be, any sand or other sediment needs to be removed from any such water storage facility vessels and/or a water treatment facility vessels.
Auto-indexing lance positioner apparatus and system
A system and an apparatus for positioning a plurality of flexible cleaning lances through tubes penetrating a tube sheet of a heat exchanger tube sheet, includes a smart lance tractor drive, a controller, and a tumble box connected to the controller operable to generate and/or distribute electrical power to the AC induction sensor from an air pressure source, supply electrical power to the controller and distribute pneumatic power to pneumatic motors for positioning the tractor drive on the positioner frame. The smart tractor drive includes sensors for detection of mismatch between expected and actual lance positions, sense lance insertion distance and lance removal and provide automated drive reversal operation to remove blockages within tubes being cleaned.
INSPECTION AND/OR CLEANING NOZZLE WITH CAMERA HOUSING
An inspection and/or cleaning nozzle for operation with liquids under high pressure includes a coupling section coupleable to a high-pressure tube and a camera recess running concentric to a longitudinal axis arranged in a camera-receiving portion. A camera module is accommodated releasably connected to an encapsulated water-tight camera housing. Optics and camera electronics are permanently incorporated in the camera housing such that the optics and camera electronics are protected in the interior of the camera housing and fogging of the optics is prevented. This is achieved in that a bore is made in the wall of camera housing running radially across the longitudinal axis direction, the opening of bore is sealed water-tight and air-tight with a membrane, so that the surface of membrane fully overlaps the opening of bore. This surface of the membrane is made correspondingly larger than bore and the membrane is formed multilayered from a laminate film.
Wellbore clean-out tool
A tool for cleaning out the lower end of a cased wellbore having an installed production string. The tool is lowered down the production string until it projects from an end of the production string and into the wellbore. High pressure fluid is then sprayed from the tool's fluid openings into nearby portions of the wellbore. Once cleaning operations are complete, the tool is carried back to the ground surface using subterranean fluid pressure.
