WASHER ASSEMBLY FOR CLEARNING USED CHEMICAL JUGS
A washer assembly for cleaning used chemical containers having a sealed chamber with a hingedly attached lid. A spray tube is supported in upright extending fashion upon a pan shaped basin of the sealed chamber. A fresh fluid inlet feeds pressurized fluid flow to the spray tube for spraying an inside of the chemical container placed over the tube, such that the fluid collects upon the basin. A drain is incorporated into the basin for removing contaminated fluid from the chamber.
Containment Basket Adapted for Bottles or Similar Containers, in Particular for Washing Operations
A containment basket made of plastic material adapted for bottles or similar containers for liquids is described, having a substantially parallelepiped structure with sidewalls and a base including grids or slots and with an open side opposite to the base, and comprises a first fastening system on opposite first sidewalls of the basket, for securing one or more fixed grids made of plastic material parallel to the base of the basket, the fixed grids comprising apertures of a size suitable for housing the bottles; lateral guides on opposite second sidewalls of the basket, adapted for housing a lever system for positioning a sliding grid made of plastic material parallel to the one or more fixed grids and in an height-adjustable position along the second sidewalls, the sliding grid comprising apertures suitable for housing the bottles; first windows on the second sidewalls, adapted to cooperate with the lever system in order to allow the height-adjustable positioning of the sliding grid, and also to allow the sliding grid to slide between a first bottle retaining position and a second bottle releasing position.
BOTTLE CLEANER
A bottle cleaner includes a housing defining a chamber therein. A support frame is disposed within the housing to support one or more bottles. A base is disposed below the housing. A bottom liner is at least partially received within the housing. The bottom liner defines a plurality of openings and a fluid reservoir. At least one pump is disposed within the base to pump liquid from within the fluid reservoir to one or more spray jets for cleaning the bottles. Further, a blower and heater are disposed within the base. The blower discharges air into the chamber through the plurality of openings to dry the bottles. A heater element produces steam which aids in steam sterilization functionality.
Process for removing foulants from reactor internal spaces
A process for cleaning a reactor, the reactor comprising a shell including catalyst for selectively converting hydrocarbons. The process includes removing catalyst from the reactor and deploying a robot into the reactor. A cleaner from the robot is applied onto a surface within the shell of the reactor that includes a foulant. The cleaner is adapted to remove the foulant from the surface within the shell of the reactor. The cleaner may be one of light radiation, heat radiation, ultra-high pressure fluid, and liquid nitrogen.
Chemical jug washer and disposal assembly
A combination cleaning and disposal assembly for safely cleaning and rendering unusable a jug containing a hazardous chemical residue. A body supports a receiving chamber for receiving the jug. A manifold is supported by the body and has a plurality of spikes arrayed toward the jug. A pressurized fluid source is communicated to the manifold such that, upon an inter-displacement occurs between the manifold and the container, the spikes are caused to pierce the container, the pressurized fluid being caused to issue from the spikes to clean an interior of the container. A floor of the chamber has irregular surfaces to assist in deforming the jug during puncturing and outflow of contaminated fluid. A drain is located underneath the jug receiving chamber which collects and segregates the fluid contaminated with the chemical residue for securing disposal concurrent with removing and disposing of the cleaned and punctured jug.
Automatic Analyzer
There is provided an automatic analyzer that stops a back-flowing waste fluid from reaching a cleaning tank when bubbles are produced in a waste fluid pipe. An automatic analyzer includes: a cleaning tank in which cleaning using a detergent is performed with analysis operation of a specimen; and a waste fluid pipe through which a waste fluid flowing from the cleaning tank is discharged. The waste fluid pipe has an upward pipe branched upward. At a tip end of the upward pipe, opening is provided. The opening is disposed blow from the cleaning tank.

The fixed grids include apertures for housing the bottles. Lateral guides on opposite second sidewalls of the basket are adapted for housing a lever system for positioning a sliding grid parallel to the fixed grids in a height-adjustable position. The sliding grid includes apertures suitable for housing the bottles. First windows on the second sidewalls are adapted to cooperate with the lever system to allow the height-adjustable positioning of the sliding grid and to allow the sliding grid to slide between a first bottle retaining position and a second bottle releasing position.
