Self-Contained Recycling and Fabrication Appliance
A recycling and fabrication appliance is provided. The recycling and fabrication appliance is generally configured to convert solid waste, solid materials and/or solid objects into a usable or reusable product. The recycling and fabrication appliance generally comprises a single unit with one or more inputs and one or more outputs. The unit may be a cuboid, or may be any appropriate shape, and may specifically be configured to recycle or repurpose solid waste, solid materials or solid objects into a reusable form at or near the point of consumption or disposal, such as a household or office. The components of the recycling and fabrication appliance may be housed within the unit and may enable the recycling and fabrication appliance to receive various solid waste pieces as an input and to produce a single usable output, referred to herein as a output object.
METHOD OF RECYCLING INSOLE SCRAP, PULVERIZED INSOLE SCRAP, AND FOAM FOR SHOE MANUFACTURED THEREBY
A method of recycling a large amount of insole scrap stack is proposed. The method includes forming a plate-shaped stack made of flat-plate-shaped foam and woven fabric, separating an insole scrap stack from the plate-shaped stack, and forming a pulverized insole scrap having an average diameter of 0.05 to 0.7 mm by cool-pulverizing or freeze-pulverizing the insole scrap stack at 10° C. or less. The pulverized insole scrap may be used for manufacturing foam.
NEW METHOD FOR RECYCLING OF POLYURETHANE
A new method for recycling polyurethane, in particular polyurethane foam via solvolysis can be performed. The new method includes a very efficient pre-treatment method of the polyurethane, wherein it is converted into a polyurethane dispersion. The method also includes providing the polyurethane, preparing a dispersion, and solvolyzing the dispersion. The polyurethane has an average particle size of 0.1 to 12 mm.
