A LiDAR sensor may include: a housing; a window cover installed on the housing; a motor mounted in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; a guide connected to the rotating shaft and rotated along the surface of the window cover; and a brush mounted on the guide so as to face the window cover, contacted with the window cover, and washing the surface of the window cover with rotation of the guide. The guide may include: a first guide part connected to the rotating shaft; a second guide part rotatably connected to the housing; and a third guide part connected to the first and second guide parts, formed in a U-shape so as to face the window cover, and having the brush mounted thereon.
Aluminum alloy strip with improved surface appearance
The invention relates to an aluminum alloy strip with improved surface optics, which is fabricated via hot and/or cold rolling, and consists of a type AA 3xxx, AA 5xxx, AA 6xxx or AA 8xxx aluminum alloy. The object of proposing an aluminum alloy strip that is suitable for attractive and precious surface optics despite the elevated percentage of alloy constituents is achieved in that, after degreasing, the finish-rolled aluminum alloy strip exhibits an increase in the luminance value L*(ΔL) in relation to the rolled-greasy state of more than 5 while measuring the color of the surface in the CIE L*a*b* color space using a standard illuminant D65 and a normal observation angle of 10°, excluding direct reflection in 45°/0° geometry.
Hot-rolled steel sheet for nitriding, cold-rolled steel sheet for nitriding excellent in fatigue strength, manufacturing method thereof, and automobile part excellent in fatigue strength using the same
A hot-rolled steel sheet for nitriding or a cold-rolled steel sheet for nitriding, in which a dislocation density within 50 μm in the sheet thickness direction from the surface is not less than 2.0 times nor more than 10.0 times as compared to a dislocation density at the position of ¼ in the sheet thickness direction; and a method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method comprises, on a hot-rolled steel sheet or a cold-rolled steel sheet, performing pickling, and then performing skin pass rolling under the condition that a reduction ratio is 0.5 to 5.0% and FIT, defined as a ratio of a line load F (kg/mm) of a rolling mill load divided by a sheet width of the steel sheet and a load T (kg/mm.sup.2) per unit area to be applied in the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet, is 8000 or more.
Method of steel sheet surface treatment and apparatus of the same
The present invention relates to a method of steel sheet surface treatment, wherein, the method comprises sequentially: a strip surface treatment unit (1) configured with a high pressure spraying device (1-1) or a centrifugal ejecting device (1-2), a strip surface rinsing unit (2), and a strip surface dry unit (3). Either or both of the high pressure spraying devices (1-1) and the centrifugal ejecting devices (1-2) are arranged, and spray onto the strip surfaces with a mixture of solid abrasives and water, i.e., slurry. Additionally, the method of steel sheet surface treatment comprises: a slurry supplying unit (4) and an abrasive recycling unit (5). When the method of the present invention is applied into the strip post processing line, it can control the surface roughness of the steel sheet, while clearing away grease, scales and some contaminations thereon, through impacting the mixture of water and solid particles with a certain ratio onto the surfaces of the strip steel. When the method of the present invention is applied into the finishing processing line, it can control the surface roughness of the steel sheet, while adjusting the mechanical properties of the strip, thereby completely or partially replacing the skin pass process.
Embossing for electro discharge textured sheet
An apparatus and method for applying an EDT texture to an aluminum sheet has a rolling stand with at least one EDT surfaced roll capable of rolling the sheet at reductions <1%. The rolling is conducted with residual or no lubrication and imparts a texture on the scale of about 1 μm to the surface of the sheet at low roll force.

Method and apparatus for controlling acid concentration for pickling in cold rolling
The present invention discloses an acid concentration control method and device for cold rolling pickling production line. In the method, the acid circulating tank of the pickling production line are provided with three acid-filling tanks. And the three acid-filling tanks are interconnected with each other. An acid concentration measuring device is concatenated on the acid solution back-flow pipeline of each acid-filling tank and acid tank, through which the actual acid concentration of the acid solution in the acid tank of the production line may be measured. The measured acid concentration, after being analyzed by the analyzer, will be transmitted to the multi-variable controller where it is compared to the specified acid concentration as per process requirements. The difference between the measured acid concentration and the specified acid concentration will be used as the input value for the model of the multi-variable controller. As the acid concentrations of the three acid-filling tanks are affected by each other, the coupling relationship of the acid concentrations at the three measuring points must be found out to build the mathematical model for the acid circulating tank of the production line, and perform the multi-variable decoupling calculation. With the control method of the present invention, the close-loop control to the acid concentration can be achieved, thus to save the hydrochloric acid, reduce the regeneration amount of waste acid and decrease the environmental pollution.
Aluminum bar and method for producing same
A method for producing an aluminum bar includes at least one machining step in which an aluminum bar-shaped work is machined while supplying a machining fluid containing oil to produce a machined aluminum bar-work, and a cleaning step in which the machined aluminum bar-shaped work is cleaned using a cleaning fluid to produce a cleaned machined aluminum bar-shaped work. The cleaning step is performed so that the oil contained in the machining fluid remains on a surface of the cleaned machined aluminum bar-shaped work in a range of 5 g/cm.sup.2 to 20 g/cm.sup.2.

A strip accumulator is positioned at the outlet of at least part of the drawing unit, particularly so as to keep the speed of travel of the strip at the outlet of the accumulator below a maximum threshold. A paper-strip insertion module is positioned downstream of the outlet from the strip accumulator.
