Method for manufacturing brake disc and brake disc
In a brake-disc intermediate product, a corrugated portion is molded using an upper mold and a lower mold. The brake-disc intermediate product is set in a mold, the mold has a slope corresponding to the corrugated portion, and an angular portion formed along the outer circumferential edge of the corrugated portion is in contact with the slope in a state where the brake-disc intermediate product is set in the mold. The angular portion in contact with the slope is deformed by pressing the brake-disc intermediate product in a direction of the mold, to mold a chamfer portion. The slope is formed so that a chamfering angle formed with respect to an inner bottom surface of the mold is larger at a portion in contact with the concave portion than a chamfering angle at a portion in contact with the convex portion.

A clampable pipe bender is provided having a pivotable base plate coupled to a clamp. Atop the pivotable base plate is a pipe bending assembly with a pivotable holding clamp. The pivotable holding clamp is locked in place by way of a pull pin. The separation step is a step of separating, after crushing step, the thin-walled part 23 from a body 21 of the metal plate 2.

A method for chamfering the installation position of a water control valve of a faucet body, mainly using a punching machine to drive a processing punch to punch a first end or second end, where the processing punch is provided with a fillet corresponding to the hole of the first end or second end, which squeezes the burrs through the driving of the punching machine, allowing the surface of installation position of the water control valve to be even and smooth, achieving smooth rotation of the water control valve, and preventing the water stop rubber to be scratched by the burrs or sharp corners.
