A pouch forming method and a pouch forming device are provided. In particular, the pouch forming method for forming an accommodation part that accommodates an electrode assembly in a pouch sheet includes a seating process of seating the pouch sheet on a top surface of a lower die in which a forming groove is formed in an upper portion thereof. In a vacuum elongation process, a lower portion of the pouch sheet, in which the accommodation part is formed, is elongated by vacuum, and in an accommodation part formation process, the portion of the pouch sheet, which is elongated by the vacuum, is pressed by a punch disposed above the pouch sheet in a direction in which the forming groove is formed to form the accommodation part.

A forming controller obtains a first coordinate position of the forming member and the mandrel in position to produce a target baseline parameter at the sensor prior to placement of a part over the mandrel. The forming controller calculates a second coordinate position of the forming member and the mandrel for forming the part based on the first coordinate position and a thickness of the part. After placement of the part over the mandrel, the forming controller directs the positioning system to move the forming member and the mandrel to the second coordinate position to shape the part.

An aluminum alloy tailor-welded plate is cooled to a temperature with a cryogenic fluid medium, and temperature of a weld zone is regulated to be lower than that of a base metal zone; and the component is fabricated by a tool integrally with aluminum alloy tailor-welded plate, by placing aluminum alloy tailor-welded plate onto tool; assembling tool and filling with cryogenic fluid medium so temperature of tool is 150 to 196 degrees Celsius; and apply pressure to deform the aluminum alloy tailor-welded plate when temperature of a weld zone reaches 150 degrees Celsius to 196 degrees Celsius, thereby facilitating forming the aluminum alloy tailor-welded plate to a designed shape of the aluminum alloy component; and disassembling the tool, and taking out the aluminum alloy component.
